Went thru the drive thru waited 7 mins for fresh katsu it tasted just like saggy oil chicken. The salad tasted like it wasn’t washed. Absolutely downhill, the food is overpriced and I got my steak cold. 18$ for trash and not like the old days where they gave you a full meal. They didn’t even give me a fork!

Mo’ Bettahs is usually good for quick food but this time the chicken was really charred and it just was not a fan favorite for us. The flavor was overpowered by the burnt pieces and it made the meal hard to enjoy. Hoping it was just an off day.

This was really good!! Nice flavor, the chicken teriyaki was very tender, and the macaroni salad was good. Fast food, really large portions for the price.

HUGE fan of Mobettahs, just a little disappointed by the specific location. The image shows my plate, at this point I had already eaten a breast of terikayi chicken but I also ordered teriyaki steak and as you can see, it’s barely anything. Having had paid $25, you think you’d get a decent portion of steak, that and they charge you EXTRA for the steak. On top of that they took a while to acknowledge us at the window. Other than that the food taste amazing!!!

First, our order was incorrect. We paid for teriyaki beef but received chicken instead. When we called, they offered us beef for free (we already paid for beef. Technically we got the burned chicken for free!!!) on our next visit. Not ideal, but we accepted.

On top of that, many of the Katsu chicken pieces were extremely dry and tough, clearly overcooked. The teriyaki chicken was also badly burnt—completely blackened, not just slightly charred.

The dinner really ruined our mood tonight!

The food is great but these guys change their rules every day depending on who is on shift. Sometimes I can get a cup of water sometimes I can’t… which is dumb yall are just being cheap if I can’t get a cup of water. sometimes they can put sauce on everything… sometimes it’s just on the meat and sometimes it’s I can’t put sauce on anything.

Make up your minds and be clear.
All these issues are associated with getting food through the drive through… apparently if you go in you can get sauce on everything and you can get a cup of water.

Horrible experience!
This place is terrible — the food was absolutely awful. The chicken was old, dry, and overcooked, and they dumped so much pepper on it that it was impossible to eat! Definitely not coming back.

Tristan the goat blessed me this day, I’ve never such received this amount of grace at a restaurant ever, he thoroughly filled my plate and was very kind. I will be a loyal customer to this location as long as they maintain the quality of staff currently held. The food was great portions great and I left filled and satisfied, outstanding!

Mo Bettahs serves authentic and great Hawaiian food. I love their teriyaki chicken and kalua pig! The portions are large and food is very reasonably priced. Great service too!

We usually love this chain, but this visit was a letdown. The person at the drive-through window did not understand the menu. We were reading the menu and telling Her what we wanted, but she didn’t know about the item.
The chicken tasted like grilled thighs, not teriyaki. The steak had quite a lot of gristle, tough chewy, and fatty. On top of that I found A nice Sized knuckle of a bone In my shredded pork, which I usually love.
Unfortunately, this visit missed the Mark

We waited about 30 minutes for two entrées, there was no utensils, napkins, sauce. Maybe she was rushed or something.
