Since the fall of 2013, Lou Reda’s: An American Table has been impressing residents in Greenville, Zebulon, Wilson, and all of Eastern North Carolina with their wide variety of tantalizing upscale American cuisine. Lou Reda’s modern American restaurant is almost unclassifiable by traditional culinary standards. It’s neither a steak house, a seafood restaurant or a “meat and three” comfort food joint – it’s all of those places and more.
Contemporary fixture offering American comfort food with a modern twist & bourbon-infused cocktails.

A hidden gem in Rocky Mount! This unassuming restaurant exceeded expectations on every level. The bar menu is fantastic—they even crafted a proper Old Fashioned with a single, perfectly cut ice cube. The food menu is just as impressive; no matter what you order, you won’t be disappointed.
One standout was the sweet potato fries served with a garlic aioli dip (with maple) so delicious that I asked if I could buy a jar to take home. To my surprise, the chef happily obliged.

I already did a 5 star review last week but I went back for a 2nd time on my 2 week trip to Rocky Mount.
It was even better then before. My server, Taylor, was fantastic. She is very friendly and very professional.
I had the Beet salad with Salmon. Perfect! Then treated myself to the bread pudding. The caramel sauce is the best I’ve ever had. What a great place! On my first visit I had the Pork Chop Carbonara and it was AWESOME. I’m sure glad the nice family next to me suggested it. Really enjoyed the experience.
I can tell this is a great place to work. The entire team is so kind and friendly.
As a single diner, I felt very welcome and enjoyed both visits.

LouReda’s is a local restaurant in my hometown. It’s a great restaurant to visit if you’re ever traveling through Rocky Mount, NC, right off I-95. The food and the atmosphere is great! My only suggestion is the booth seating, needs to be more accommodating for taller heights.

I love to see places like this. This is a restaurant that exists because a chef wanted an audience. You can tell that the person who runs the kitchen has a passion for food and creativity and is not afraid to show it. You come across some of the best places in the most random spots and this was definitely one of them I stumbled across driving from the Raleigh airport to the outter banks and needing a real meal.
The rotating menu is full of creative dishes like jalapeno fried chicken cheese dip with home made chicharones, braised lamb shank with collard greens and mashed peas, and brisket topped Mac n cheese. Everything was amazing and layered in flavor and presented well. If I lived in the area, this would be a weekly stop to see what new fun thing was being created. I hope this place thrives and gets the recognition it deserves.

What an amazing experience. Kristy was one of the best bartenders I have ever had. The food was delicious. If you are in the area make sure to stop by.

We are passing through on our way up North and saw this restaurant. The Marriott said it was a great place to eat. Our waitress Christy was excellent with her recommendations and service. We ordered the Brisket and ribs, pork chop Carbonara, and truffle Mac and cheese. All so good. Our favorite was the pork chop. You have to eat here. We had the bread pudding for dessert. We highly recommend.

Fantastic local restaurant. We were in town for 7 nights and ate here 4 nights. The porkchop is the bomb. Good service. Chef came out to talk to us. Got the beat salad 2 nights for my lunch the next day (fantastic). Absolutely give this place a try.

Great dinner, I mean really really good food. Our waitress was great. Helpful, friendly, and efficient. Simple setting. Not fancy but clean, neat, and fine. Not real comfy but that’s ok. We loved it. Will likely stop whenever are in the area.

We had a great experience. We were traveling through on a long-distance trip up I-95, and were looking for a good sit-down alternative to a rest stop. LouReda’s was great. Our waitress, Sarah, was fantastic – and friendly and funny. The food was amazing. The burger was very very good, generous size, and very flavorful. Kids food was also better than the average kids food in a restaurant. I would definitely recommend.
