LAID BACK LOBSTER AND SEAFOOD Happened to discover this place by chance and glad we did. Incredible seafood in a chill casual environment. You can eat whole lobster by the pound or on a roll. We did both and both were excellent. For appetizer we had the clam strips which is a favorite and you can’t go wrong with the oysters on the half shell. So glad we stopped in here and it did not disappoint! Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious!!!! went here for a birthday and had really great seafood. service was spectacular and server was attentive. We had fish and chips – could have used a teensy bit of salt. However it was fried tia. Golden crisp. The rest of the party had scallops and veggies, lobster fettuccine, among other great and yummy dishes. It is a byob – we were able to buy a bottle of wine for $35. Calamari was also so good !!

I wonder why they are so popular and people aways wait for the line! I finally got to try this place (they have outdoor seating about 6 tables) after 30 mins waiting. Lots of people ordered for takeout as well. We order the Lobster roll and grilled lobster sandwich, crab cake and the clam chowder in a bread. Everything we ordered were super tasty and fresh! And the server was very nice.

Finally there’s a great spot in New Jersey for lobsters. The lobster was obviously fresh and delicious. The bread maybe just a little bit too buttery. Also if maybe the bread was different from a regular toast bread to give some crunchiness it would be much better. The service was great, everyone very cordial and nice. The bisque is absolutely delicious, the best I’ve ever had in my life

If you love seafood and your looking for a nice little date this place may be an option. They aren’t overly priced and they are B.Y.O.B. (Bring your own bottle) as they only serve non alcoholic beers, however they do have a selection of wine with alcohol.
I had the lobster roll with chips (I didn’t like the chips as they were a bit over done, so they were very hard), calamari was great, salmon with sweet potato fries. The waiter was very nice and made a great recommendation on the lobster roll and wine Chardonnay.
Definitely would go back and recommend to others!

High traffic location. Parking can be cumbersome. Nice ambiance. A wide array of food on the menu. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Restaurant is clean. Social distancing could be further apart, but okay overall. Enployees are attentive. Food is ok. Calamari is excellent. Lobster was a little dry. Prices were on the higher end for the amount. I’d come back again.

Very good family owned spot. Have been to many seafood place and this is on the top. Everything on the menu is amazing and the staff is super friendly. This is truly a gem right out if NYC. Our family dining at Jack’s Lobster Shack was favorable. I ordered the Lobster Fettuccine, my wife ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll and our son ordered the Grilled Cheese Platter. We’re giving it a 4 out of 5 because we felt the food was average. The prices were decent. We’d recommend our friend’s & family.

Jacks is awesome!! Come here for fresh food (of course seafood). They have a lot to choose from and they have multiple locations! The service is super fast and it’s a great casual place for some good food! I love that it’s BYOB and I love their lobster roll! Insta: @thehungrysw
