Service is slow. Half time the drive thru through is completely full, and no one is out taking orders anymore. So drive thru is an easy 45+ min wait. Walk up window is no better. Tell them your mobile name, and you sit for another 30 min even when your order is ready because they forget. Idk what happened but this Dutch sucks. Swig in buckeye has only been open a week or 2 and they are much much faster. They’ll get my service over Dutch any day.

We love Dutch at our house! And I’m so happy our Dutch bros NEVER disappoints! The whole crew is so friendly and outgoing! It makes the experience amazing! Especially when I go through the drive through they are so good with all my kiddos and polite! I wanted to give a special shout out to Joey! He is what a Customer service picture would look like! He even played trivia in the drive through with us since the lines were so long just to make it fun!

I go here quite often and today I was very upset! They had free color changing straws with every purchase of a medium or large drink and when I got there around 6:30 they were gone! No apologies nothing in an hour and a half after opening they were all gone! The guy that was gonna take my order had a tote bag that looked like it had something in there that looked like straws so I thought ok we’re good. I had a mobile order so when I got to the window they had no straws no apologies at all! And they have some horrible music. I think in a place where kids go they shouldn’t be playing that music! There are lots of people that don’t listen to that type of music and it’s so loud! Also if they run out of something they’re giving away they should put a sign or let people know in advance! This sounds like false advertisement to me to get people to buy drinks but the get nothing in return! I will not be returning to this Dutch and I will let people know about this place!

First time ever trying Dutch Bros (December 24th, 2025 around 12:35ish). The guy at the walk thru window was snarky and mocking my order to the guy who was making my order. I had a tiny question about the chocolate milk and flavors on top since I was new and apparently it was annoying to him. It was pretty hurtful but I just kept to myself. He was skinny, blonde hair or maybe dirty blonde hair, either a teenager or a very young adult.

Today it was coffee. How do you run out of coffee as an establishment that sells coffee?
The competency crisis is going full-bore. Management can’t even be expected to keep their establishment stocked properly, let alone their staff held to any level of standards.
Tell you where I never had this issue once in my 3 years of visiting 3 times a week: The Human Bean. (And they always get my order right)

My husband and I go to this Dutch Bros at LEAST 3 times a week, yea serious coffee habit, and today was just not good. They had a lot of new employees and my coffee was not at all the way I ordered it. All ice, barely any soft top when I ordered 3 scoops. Just not a good experience at all. I think that they can do a lot better considering these drinks are not cheap.

I had to try the new Cinnamon Swirl Blended Freeze at Dutch Bros in Buckeye, AZ, and I was really impressed! The staff there are incredibly sweet and provide great customer service, which made my experience even better. The drink itself was deliciously sweet—perfect for those of us with a sweet tooth! However, if you don’t typically enjoy very sweet drinks, this one might not be for you. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try!”
