07/01/2025 – I have been visiting this Chipotle for years and today I had lunch and dined in. I realized I had not written a review. The service is fast and friendly. The portions are generous. You may also eat in their outdoor patio. Parking is tight during lunch time and sometimes dinner time. Food is always fresh and delicious. Handicap parking out front. Decent prices. Enjoy.

Literally entire order was WRONG. My bowl didn’t even get the $10 STEAK in my bowl it was JUST TOPPINGS. The double wrap burrito was entirely wrong too! Let alone the rude behavior when asking for the chips I PAID FOR

Location was clean, and everyone served me with a smile. I was upset at the chips today. They were over cooked. I hope everyone remembers to treat everyone as a HUMAN being and remember we all have bad days too, try and turn it around for someone. You don’t know how much they may really need that.

I came today & the line was moving slower than molasses. Nobody looked like they wanted to be at work, there was a huge trash barrel in the hallway filled to the brim with trash blocking the bathrooms, & there was no lettuce. My bowl was actually good so no complaints on that but let’s do better with the customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant please.

Wanted to order a large chicken quesadilla. They told me the only way to get a large chicken quesadilla is online. I walked there and didn’t have my phone. I asked if I could get 2/3/4 small quesadillas but make it a large tortilla…. No. Could I order a chicken burrito with just chicken and cheese. Well they won’t put a burrito on “the grill”. The one lady goes “we already have melted cheese” while gesturing to the queso. To this I replied “well that cheese is disgusting”. One of the employees laughed. Because it is disgusting. How do the employees not have the means to ring in an item they sell or allow someone to who would be willing to over pay for a chicken burrito as a quesadilla to actually get one. They weren’t busy. Honestly felt like a Seinfeld level experience. They ignored me for several minutes while waiting to cash out for my mini quesadillas with three sides of sauce I didn’t want. So when the manager lady who suggested the queso asked me what I ordered I said a quesadilla. She charged me 4.50 when I actually got two and then I tipped the 5.50 to the staff. What kind of poorly managed capitalism b.s. allowed the situation to exist where people can’t order what they already make when a person is in person… let alone willing to over pay. To be clear. They could put just chicken and cheese into a large tortilla but they would have to roll it like a burrito and not melt it. They couldn’t put chicken and cheese and fold it in half and melt it. But they could do that with the small tortilla. I almost started lecturing them on free will.

Update: the automated response on this review is insulting. I wish they would’ve cared this much about my concern before I made it public. I already tried contacting them through contact us and the pepper feature, which is completely useless. Just like at 1800chipotle, when I tried to escalate my concern I was conveniently disconnected. If they really want to address it they could, they have all my info. Chipotle was my favorite restaurant and this used to be my favorite location but all of them have slowly gone down hill. Even with the horrible parking and chaotic lunch traffic, I preferred this location. Today I went to this chipotle and there was plastic IN my food! I called the store as well as 1800chipotle and the incident was minimized and they treated it as if they didn’t care. That is so unsanitary on top being unsafe. I could’ve choked. Whoever answered at the call at the store tried to rush me off the phone with instructions on getting a refund. I had to remind him that the bigger concern is plastic being in the food. After I brought up it being unsanitary and unsafe, he unconvincingly stated they would check the food and make sure staff is being more careful. I probably won’t go back. Or to Chipotle at all

Restaurant was completely trashed, service was super slow. Joe Bob standing in the back doing absolutely nothing, at the least the other lazy employees had the decency to hide in the back. Kicker was bf had a reward for a free soft drink (yay) after trying five taps and getting only water, the cashier jogs over to say there’s no soft drinks, just whatever juice mix things. Can he get refunded the drink? No.
0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Also chips were super soggy.

I love LOVE Chipotle so I go to many of them and this is by far the worst store I’ve been in. All 3 times I’ve gone the workers act like I’m getting on their nerves, always out of rice or other ingredients I want in my bowl, and it’s always messy!! They teenager come in and sit causing commotion or blocking the entrance!! 3 strikes and you’re out. I’ll never go back to this one. I spend my hard earned money for them to act like I’m bothering them for coming through the line like it’s not their job to put my bowl together how I want it.

I had a frustrating time here tonight. They ran out of chips, ice, water, and napkins in the restaurant. Even when the line was empty, they did not spare the staff to clean the trash from the dirty dining room. The employees were sloppy with my food and careless with customer service. The first employee was kind enough to change her gloves when I requested (I have a wheat allergy) but then she disinterestedly passed my bowl to another employee who had not changed his gloves and handled my food before I was able to request the change. The food was, at least, fresh and tasty.
