I went to this location early this morning around 720am. I was welcomed with a great attitude in the drive thru. She was welcoming and just overall very happy. It is nice to see someone enjoying their job and having a great attitude early in the morning. I couldn’t grab a name. But, she may have been the manager.

This is my favorite location. I came in tonight 02/22 at 9:40pm and had the best experience with the employees and manager. Food is always warm and comes out fast. I went through a loss tonight and they gave me more than just a meal. Thank you!

Once again with the same lady at the drive through being extremely rude and consicending. Took 20 minutes to get our food out for a small order as is when we were the only one in the line. Potatoes tasted both burnt and under done while being cold. Flat bread had zero chicken, sauce or cheese on it. And completely missed and entire box of food items for my kid and they didn’t even put it in a box. You all need to fire this lady asap. This is why we don’t order on the weekends from here.

I go to the taco bell pretty frequently, never really had many problems until I started doordashing. Doors are always locked by 11pm, been like that the last 10 times ive been there. I have actively tried the doors and they are always locked. Plus, the doordash app tells me to go through the drive through. So, i went through the drive through. I told them my order and this woman in an extremely condescending tone told me that when i come for a doordash, i need to come inside. I told her that the app tells me differently and the doors are always locked by 11pm when I come. She told me the app was wrong, which is whatever, but the tone she had used with me was extremely condescending and rude, she treated me like I was dumb. I get its food service, its tiring, and exhausting, but don’t treat me like I am lower than you because of a doordash. I work food service too AND i have a retail job as well, i max 50 hour work weeks. It’s tiring and draining, but taking a step back, a deep breath, and treating your customers with actual respect makes a huge difference. I will mostly be using the drivethrough as i normally do. I usually only frequent this taco bell after 11pm so of course that wont change. Using the type of tone she used with me changed absolutely nothing.

So I went there this morning, and it supposedly has been open since 4 AM I sat in the drive through, you know, an automated thing answered me. And maybe it was a person I’m not really sure they asked me if I wanted to use Taco Bell points on the app. I said, no, and then I asked a question about something on the menu? And I waited, and I waited, and I waited, and nobody said a word. I said, hello again. Nobody said a word. I waited about 5 minutes a little more and then I sent screw it. I made sure to look to make sure they were open and they were. And when I drove by, I would have imagined somebody be standing there. Maybe they were busy with someone in there. The lobby or something, but the lobby was empty.Nobody was at the window, terrible customer service bills.It was like nobody was even working.But all the lights were on people were there.They just weren’t willing to answer any orders

Order on the app every time before coming here. People in front of me in the drive thru order at the speaker most of the time, and get their food when they pull up to the window. I never do, I’m always asked to go to the front of the store and wait longer. It’s never a big order either. Like what’s the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if I’m going to be waiting longer than others. Just super annoying.

I showed up at 9:00pm and had to wait 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order. When I finally got there, they said the store was closed. Was not supposed to be closed until 10pm.
It took very long for each car to get food ahead of me, and I was stuck in line for another 30 minutes waiting for others to get their food as I couldn’t get out of line.

I’m not sure if the guy working just didn’t know what was on the menu currently, or if Taco Bell’s website and your menu is messed up. I tried to order the 10 piece chicken nugget combo that was on the menu and the guy kept telling me it only comes in a 4 piece, even tho clearly on the menu it said 5 piece combo and 10 piece combo with a picture of the nuggets and I tried to tell him that and he insisted that it was only 4 piece and that I could order two 4 piece and half of 4 piece but neither of those were on the menu. I then checked on your website and it showed the same thing 5 piece combo for $5.99 and 10 piece combo for $8.99. Either way disappointing that I cannot order what was clearly shown on the menu and was able to be made. When I got home they also gave me nothing that I ordered. I ordered a burrito with no sour cream and a 3 regular Doritos tacos with no lettuce and got 2 chicken chalupas a reg taco. After reading other reviews too it seems messing up orders is something this store does regularly. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Disruptive customer and staff was both unprofessional and trying to be professional and respectful but customer made it hard. Cops should have just been called … multiple employees not just one but one that called the cops was the most professional and tried to make everyone feel safe by locking the doors and then the fool tried to bust the window with a big rock.
