It’s slow. Before I revised the review was about slowness, but I figured I could at least reword it, it’s fast food after all, and they probably don’t get paid very much, so could probably cut a little bit of slack as far as that goes.
Feb 16th. Im the only one in the drive thru. I ordered one item. 1. 10 minutes later, I’m still waiting. While watching two employees talk back and forth while pointing at me, saying, “What’s she waiting for?”
Oct 3rd. A cup of ice for me. A cheeseburger for the stall next to me ordered after I did. He GOT HIS BURGER BEFORE I GOT MY ONE CUP OF ICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
May 8th: 10 minutes for a cup of ice.
Don’t come here on your lunch…that’s for sure. If I have to watch someone rearrange receipts and push buttons on the screen for a few minutes…for a cup of ice….that’s not okay. Which made me late back to work.
The grocery store has ice. That’s where I’ll go from now on.
An idea! Put orange cones where there are dead screens? Or just have people pulling in and out because a dead screen is so helpful!
ALSO WHEN ORDERING ANYTHING THAT SAYS SAUCE INCLUDED ASK!! YOU DONT GET SAUCE. YOU GET HOME TO DRY MOZZ STICKS. ITS FRIGGIN LOVELY.
Feb 2023…5 minutes for 1 cup of ice. Fast it is not.
Just ordered a pop. Paid on the mobile app. Stood there for TEN minutes while other people are pulling up and placing orders for food. They got their double cheeseburgers before I got my ONE pop. I asked when I would get it and I get attitude about how they are busy. And they only have so many people. WELL do finish your customers in order and they wouldn’t be pissed. I will not go back here. 30 minute lunch with half spent waiting on ONE friggin pop. It tastes watered down, I said light ice. It’s half ice. Mcdonalds has dollar pops all day. No app needed. It tastes way better.
March 2022–Make sure to ask for light ice or you won’t get any pop! They have 3 employees. They will be sure to tell you that. Waited 10 minutes. They forgot my order. Said that was because it was still cooking. Then I got cold food. I simply mentioned I was on lunch, and had to get back. Only to be yelled at. I simply said next time I will go thru the drive thru to be told I was being inconsiderate. Suuuuure.
2nd picture, I ordered a large Dr pepper, light ice. There was a huge mass of ice in a ball. Couldn’t use a straw. So pop does get watered down and tasteless when this much ice is in a cup!
Ordered large , but was told when paying that they were not available and couldn’t answer why.
Original review- Food was good. Service was good. They fixed the potholes in the drive…yea!!
After writing this review, I ate the tots. With fries. ♀️
