I like how they corrected my order and made it fresh for me. I ordered at the drive thru but came inside to get my order made fresh. I noticed the restaurant was so clean and it smelled nostalgic. The workers looked middle aged. This is what I miss seeing. I can tell they are a team. The way the manager called my order out with respect to the kitchen and a hint of authority made me smile. I haven’t been in a Burger King in years. But I’ll happily visit this one again.

On Tuesday (4/29/25) my children and I pulled up to the Burger King drive thru. I believe you receive more kindness when u give it first. The young people working on this evening exceeded my expectations in service. The young lady with 2 long braids on each side was a southern belle. We had to wait a few minutes because it was a large order. A gentleman with short locs pleasantly came and updated us regarding the wait. I wish I knew their names . People sometimes expect poor service bc it’s fast food and it’s mostly young adults and youth who are working. I’m grateful to have experience the opposite. It was only beautiful energy coming from the drive thru lol. Excessive love and peace towards all those people who worked that night.

Edit: Nov, 2025 – I bumped up my review by 1 star. Ordered to go and my order was ready when I walked in the store. I was greeted almost immediately and someone got my order and my drink. Food was fresh. Overall a good experience today.
Having ordered multiple times from this location, they are pretty bad at their online ordering system. It’s just supposed to be a quick pick up and go since you ordered ahead, but that is not the case. If you pick drive thru you’ll likely have to sit behind 3-5 cars and wait 20 minutes to get your order. If you pick up inside it takes a good 5 minutes just to get a team member’s attention. Now they have this thing where they won’t even hand you your full order at the pick up counter. You have to get in line to talk to the cashier to get your cup and fill your drink, adding another few minutes wait time and in my opinion defeating the purpose of placing an online order. Overall, very inefficient and my food is usually cold.

The food was no more than average. The service was below mediocre with no smiles from the staff. And the restaurant has not one clean table. I had to wipe my own table to sit at while the staff was too busy socializing.

Yesterday I went to this location to get food for my son. I watched the drive thru employee hand my food to the car in front of me. I watched the guy rummage through the food then hand it back saying “this isn’t my order”. I pulled up and asked for fresh food since the customer in front of me touched it. She directly lied to me and said they already switched it out which clearly is not true. She had a terrible attitude and blew me off despite me being polite and even telling her Thankyou. She refused to make me fresh food and so I asked her name. She said McKayla. I ended up throwing the old away as it was clearly contaminated by the customer going through my bag. I have ordered from here many times and I even tip the drive thru employees often, but this employee desperately needs an attitude adjustment. I know it’s hard to find employees but she has no business whatsoever working in any field involving customer service. I plan to also reach out to the corporate office.

Always slow. By the time I get my food (Drive thru) something is cold. Most likely the fries. Yesterday the burger was warm. But the drive through and counter time has always been horrible. I’ve visited 3 times and each time the wait was really long. The interaction with staff has been good.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the BK a few miles down the road on hwy 264. This location is terrible. Long wait times, poor food and customer service. Tried to order a mushroom Swiss cheese melt only to have the person tell me they were out of Swiss cheese. I left and went to the other BK and got what I wanted and didn’t have to wait long at all. They need to close this location. Btw the two drive thru lanes are pointless.
