My daughter wanted to grab a quick bite. I didn’t eat, but she did. She loves McDonald’s. This is my first time at this location. It is very clean! The restrooms are clean and locked! An employee actually walked me to the door and did the code.

Very much disappointed!! My husband and I are truckers and are always grateful for McDonald’s BUT this McDonald’s is the first to make me uncomfortable and feel disappointed and humiliated. My husband and I stopped at McDonald’s on Philadelphia Street in Ontario CA around 11am for a nugget meal.. as well came into the store to use the bathroom really quick before getting back on the road. My husband waited for the food since it just turned to lunch and I asked the employees if I can please use the restoom.. all of them seen me holding my 3 Month old kitten in my arms.. I had her on a harness and leash to keep her safe and she never gives me a problem anywhere we go plus I can’t leave her in our truck because we have our dog that we don’t want to take any chances with.. one of the employees unlocks the door for me, I go in with my baby and as soon as I sit down the lady that I originally asked for the bathroom came in the bathroom and asked out loud “is that a kitten in your arms?” I say “yes” while holding back my bathroom needs to have a conversation with this manager/employee from the toilet while she keeps the door wide open telling me “She needed to take my cat away from me to put her outside because her supervisors were in the lobby” I then proceeded to quickly use the restroom to hurry out the building.. as I hurry to wash my hands I apologized but was so embarrassed that I was getting harassed with the door wide open and seen all the customers looking at me because they seen and hear her harassing me.. I quickly leave and was so embarrassed.. I didn’t see any “no pets allowed” sign .. my kitten is clean and was in my arms not bothering anyone.. she didn’t say anything when I was asking for the restroom but decided to follow me after I went in and causing a scene making the environment uncomfortable for everyone in there.. I got harassed and she wanted to take my baby away from me to “put her outside for me” my kitten is MY BABY.. not a ally cat.. she’s a few months old so why would I leave her outside at a McDonald’s.. very unprofessional and definitely will not be back.. my kitten gets love every other McDonald’s.. I understand the supervisor may have said something but they were the only ones not looking at me.. they were on a laptop In a back corner working.. on top of everything my husband said they originally forgot his fries and they had no seasoning and my appetite got ruined. I will never forget how humiliated I was treated here and how unprofessional this entire experience was handled. We had our order to go. I just had to use the restroom and instead of making sure our order was correct I was getting harassed in the bathroom causing a scene that was unnecessary.. I was leaving regardless to get back on the road I just needed the restroom and I wasn’t causing no harm to anyone… much less my kitten that was chilling in my arm.. Im a loyal customer that paid for a meal.. and instead of making sure I was satisfied I had a terrible experience as if I’m trespassing this store.
The FOOD.. Was not all in the bag. The fries were not seasoned or fresh. 1/5
The SERVICE.. Was not professional. Instead of focusing on the food decided to harassed me while I was using the restroom. I did nothing wrong, embarrassed me in front of other customers to able to visibly see me in the bathroom with the door wide open as if she was a cop. I am a truck driver and can say im a regular for mcdonalds i really enjoy and love the food im not a big review person at all but today i Came here this morning, and realized this facility and employees are very disorganized i believe they crumble under pressure given the fact that they didnt know how to manage customers around their “sUpErViSors”. My fries weren’t in the bag had to ask twice, my wife went in the restroom and she got harassed by one of the older employee ladies . She opened the door and caused a scene in front of other customers pressuring my wife to get out the bathroom as soon as she got in. Im not a supervisor but if your reading this id keep an eye on discrimination like behavior towards the customers. (McDonald’s on Philadelphia St in ontario ca 11am 10/10/25)

i went for takeout around brunch and had to wait over an hour. the woman taking our order sighed when we changed it once, which was kind of awkward. the food didn’t taste fresh and parking was really hard to find. overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.

I recently visited a McDonald’s drive-thru and encountered an issue redeeming a mobile app code. The manager, Selene, unfortunately, came across as unhelpful and impatient during this interaction.
Additionally, the crew member taking orders seemed to be struggling while reading back my order and providing the total. Out of concern, I politely inquired with Selene if the crew member was alright and if they might require immediate assistance. Selene’s response was dismissive, stating that this is simply how the crew member speaks. I want to emphasize that I wasn’t aware of any speech impediment, and I simply wanted to check on their well-being.
In my experience, Selene’s communication lacked professionalism, and I believe additional training in customer service would be beneficial for her.

I always try to give this McDonald’s on Philadelphia Street in Ontario the benefit of the doubt, but after today, I will not be coming back to this location. The food is never fresh or made right. The service is always disappointing no matter what time of day it is and it’s always dirty here. I can’t take it no more. I’ll just go somewhere else from now on. Very disappointing

It says 24 hours I went by at 4:15 am 3 times this week already, and the screens were turned off only the automated system asking if you will be using your app today. No one there and lights on in kitchen but no one came to the window stayed 10 minutes waiting and nothing. You may want to update your hours
