Just arrived for dinner I was waiting to order the manager had her back to me for 10 minutes and I asked if I can order .Then she swiveled the kiosk to me and go ahead order.
Why the hell do you have a register if nobody wants to take your order or acknowledge that you just walked in .
Now I know why we were the only people in the restaurant.
And then my girlfriend is American doesn’t speak Spanish but understood what they were saying in Spanish
I’ll never be disrespected like this again Ever.The whole staff thinks everything is a joke . Especially the management

Got nuggets off DoorDash and they were old they came dry and nasty and the fries were nasty too they were cold and dry this is terrible and could probably make someone sick I called to talk to a manager and she was rude about it

Im trying to figure out why your bathroom are gross & have human waste in them every time I come in. I feel like it is NEVER busy inside for your bathrooms to be cleaned. Either the employees are doing this so ppl don’t use the bathroom or they are NOT doing there jobs & checking the bathroom. IT should be checked EVERY HOUR. It reflects on YOUR STORE. I wash my hands before I order….so if that bathroom nasty EVERYTHING NASTY. I WOULD EAT HERE. NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY ITS ALWAYS NASTY. DO BETTER

worst experience of my life, i paid for my food on their kiosk and waited 20 minutes before asking where my food was all for them to tell me they refuse to make my order because i didn’t know the number and they didn’t see it on there 1980s television. i showed them my transaction and that i had already paid for my food and they accused me of showing them a transaction from another wendy’s down the road. manager was less then helpful and rather rude. left the establishment with no food and no refund. do not go here

KITCHEN SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE. I got home and realized my burger was missing, so I went back and politely asked for a refund and for the food to be remade. The manager Brandi insisted she “knows she put it in the bag” and even said I “probably ate it.” as well as “why didn’t you check the bag” if you put it in the bag why would I have to check? Clearly her big back is used to blaming customers instead of owning her mistakes. Between her attitude and the sewage smell coming from the kitchen I just asked for a refund and left without having dinner. Brandi has no business being a manager even at wendy’s.

Use to love this Wendy’s not anymore gave a few chances too. Sick of them getting my order wrong! You forgot my auger cookie for the last time! Jr bacon cheeseburger was good not anymore you say it’s all made fresh but the last two times it tasted like it was nothing but old!. When you make a drink for someone give them a straw!!!!!!!
