I’d give it a 0 if I could , a couple weeks ago I found this fabric tag in my food , the higher up manager JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE!!!!! Got an attitude with me over another customers behavior and whenever I wanted a refund and tried to give my UNTOUCHED food back because of the god awful experience she REFUSED my refund , my mother then found a hair in my sandwich and went up there and she still refused , the only reason this location is still open is because they threaten to call the police on anyone who complains and they’re a franchise rather than a corporate location so reporting them is much more difficult, JACKIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, a manager should not mouth off to customers the way she did and if a general manager sees this review contact me !

What a sorry excuse for a bojangles. People waiting every where in the lobby. Drive thru wrapped around the building. Slow service. Workers are lazy. One employee was hiding in the bathroom. Charged me for a smothered steak biscuit. Even though I asked for the combo. Then charged me for the side and drink. Because she didn’t ring it up correctly the first time.

I don’t understand why there’s a long wait in the drive thru when there’s so many employees that they have time to stand around (hwy 64 location.) The cotton grove location runs out of chicken constantly and as soon as your fresh chicken is done they run out of biscuits. As soon as thats done the dirty rice was gone. Was doordashing one night and waited 45 minutes for customers food. The manager was mad at the customers for “ordering all those family meals!” Well dang, I thought Bojangles would be a great place to get food for a hungry family…anyways….my customer who wanted me to wait, expressed their anger for the wait to me as if I had control. So here ya go bone jangles….message passed on.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went to eat dinner because I am in town for classes at the college. Ordered my food and got to the pay window. Guy asked me what my order was and acted very confused. I told him and he still acted confused. Took my cash and gave me back the wrong change. Was not much so I just drove on up to the next window to pick up my food. Again, the employee acted like he was lost. I told him what my order was he started to give me an order but then he took it back around the corner and asked again what my order was so for the third time I told them. He handed me an order that I should have checked but after telling them 3 times I thought that maybe they were making sure it was correct. I was wrong and received the wrong order. Seems like this place lacks a lot of training.

Overcharged by ten dollars!!! Tried talking to the assistant manager who was INCREDIBLY rude!!’ I will make sure that Door Dash is NEVER used again by this facility’ it took two drivers to simply deliver the order which was WRONG!!!!!!’ Worthless. Please CANCEL the tips I left for both drivers. You are a waste of time and money I would never recommend Door Dash and will gladly spread the word

Did take a little long to wait for the food but I think they had a large in restaurant order to make, we were in the drive thru. Food was fresh, hot and staff was friendly

Worst Bojangles in Lexington. Takes forever, they don’t know what you ordered when they pull you forward and then they make you wait 10+ minutes after pulling you for some chicken tenders. How do you forget what the person you pulled forward, ordered? Why do they need to come outside and ask you what you ordered if they truly have everything under control at this location. Not to mention the worker at the window looks and talks and walks like she’s intoxicated on the job

Great place. Great food. Employees are very nice. They work very hard to get orders filled in a timely manner.

Today I went to lunch at this Bojangles with two of my friends and our toddlers. We went at prime lunch time and the place was super busy and they were working hard to get everyone through the lines quickly. Customers were all peacefully waiting to be served and workers were working hard to get everyone served. The manager was hard working and right in the front lines helping to get everyone served. However, there was one employee that was in a lower position that the manager was talking to very harshly for doing one job and not another (she was working just not doing the job at the very moment the manager wanted) and was being talked to very harshly and disrespectfully right in the front lines where all employees and customers could see. This was very upsetting to us as we knew the girl being treated in a very disrespectful way so we spoke up and asked the manager to treat her with respect as no one should be treated in such a manner. We were then told by the manager we didn’t know her and that it is okay because she had permission to do so from the girls guardian, which we explained we do know her for she is our neighbor and we know she is sweet and quiet and won’t speak up for herself and deserves to be treated with dignity.
Stress and fast pace places of work do not excuse the way you treat others.
This Bojangles was extremely clean, had great service, and great food. BUT watching someone get treated in such an insincere way was heartbreaking. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Don’t work so hard that you forget kindness. You have no idea what harm you can be doing to someone’s morale. Just because someone is quiet and will take your harshness doesn’t mean it should be allowed. Be a leader and show kindness to all people from the highest employee, to the lowest employee.
Good managers are hard working. Great managers are hard working AND respectful to ALL people.
