Stopped in for lunch while Black Friday shopping. We expected a bit of a wait given the high volume shopping day but we only waited about 10 minutes. Our server was very polite and helpful. She picked up that I was trying to covertly cover the bill while my fellow diners were wanting to split the check. Our meals were delicious but the soup could have been warmer. It was busy with most seats filled. The check for four diners was reasonable. All this making our break from shopping an enjoyable time.

Had dinner recently at this Chili’s. Cute seasonal decorations and we were immediately greeted by friendly hostess. Food and service were great. Every employee that walked past our table was attentive, in particular our waiter. He went above and beyond, very impressed. A pleasant dining experience. Way to go Chili’s!

On previous trips, the food was pretty good. This time, I got the chicken tenders and they were tough and stringy. Probably chicken from either an older chicken or from chickens having this:
Woody Breast Syndrome: A meat quality issue caused by rapid growth, resulting in a tough, fibrous, or stringy texture that cannot be fixed by cooking. Not sure of the reason which might be the result of what the chickens have been fed but at least in this instance, it was tough.

Nice restaurant friendly attentive staff. The food is really good too, ribs are exceptional. Although it is a chain we had a great experience and will definitely visit again.

The big smash burger is similar to a Big Mac only much larger and way better, and the sirloin was pretty darn good too. Cheyenne our server was friendly and great, thanks Chey!

Another great visit. This was the first time we enjoyed their free bottomless chips and salsa after signing up for the rewards membership. It’s a $6.99 value if you are not a member. Besides them being free, they are great especially the chips, top notch. The salsa is quite good too, very tasty, not hot. Clayton our server was friendly and prompt, thanks Clayton.

As a local, I went to this Chilis with my boyfriend whenever he came into town. We haven’t been to a Chilis in forever, and this location didn’t disappoint! As soon as we walked in, we could tell the atmosphere was up to date and lively. We got seated right away and were then greeted by our waiter, Colin. The food that we received was wonderful, we got the Chicken Bacon Ranch nachos and Triple Dippers to eat. We did try different variations on the Triple Dippers, and the Honey Chipotle flavor was a bit different than we expected but still very flavorful. Everything came out great and hot, like it is right off the oven. Colin was very attentive to us throughout the entire meal, and made sure we had everything that we needed for a comfortable dinner. At the end, he even asked us what are plans were for the weekend, which was a nice personal touch! Would definitely recommend dining at this Chilis.

I really like Chili’s restaurant and their food I’d say about the only thing I don’t like is they’re not real good on thoroughly cooking ground beef. (Hamburgers ) Ground beef should never be served with any red in it. It’s not a steak it’s not safe to eat red uncooked under temperature ground beef at any time. I’d say if you eat here just tell the waiter or waitress that you want your burgers very well done. It’s not a lot to ask for to have a good safe meal that won’t make you very sick later or even worse. Other than that it’s a great place at a great price. Update we have gone back a couple more times over the last 6 months and they still haven’t learned how to cook ground beef. We even specified in our order for it to be fully cooked NO RED. Red hamburger is not safe it’s not a steak. Management offered to re-cook but we couldn’t eat any more of this and just took half price off. The first time we had them remake it they charged us half price on top of our regular order price for the first order they screwed up. We spent more money for complaining of the danger. The food tastes really good when it’s cooked but this is happening way too often and somebody’s going to get really sick or die. I’m glad I was persuaded against ordering the chicken. That can make you even more sick if it’s not cooked properly. We gave them the benefit of the doubt over the past year and they’re just not taking it seriously or care to. We’re going elsewhere from now on. there are a lot of good restaurants in the area. They obviously don’t deserve our money if they don’t care about their customers health. Most people are coming from out of town like us. What are we supposed to do if we get deadly sick before we make it back home. I previously recommended them as a good place because the food tasted good but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Don’t play Russian roulette with your health just for a good bite to eat. Every time we eat there I just keep lowering the Stars. There are no more stars to lower. Hopefully they fix this problem before they go bankrupt. they do have good recipes just bad cooks and management.

Great service and excellent quality of the food! It was super busy when we came but our waitress (I think her name was Erica if I remember correctly) was so kind and everything came out quickly despite the restaurant being completely full. Everything tasted fantastic and we had a great time!

Went here with a few friends before going to rhe movies. Absolutely loved it here. The food was great, the wicked margaritas were great (which is the biggest reason we went. We were going to see wicked and the margaritas looked so good).our waitress Sabrina was amazing. She was friendly fun and just overall a really sweet girl! Thank you for a wonderful experience

It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon but I still didn’t have to wait very long for the food.
Every employee that helped me was very nice.
