Been coming here the last 4-5 years and there’s always something wrong with our orders, they forget to add something to our burritos and burgers or they just forget stuff we ordered and paid for. Mostly online orders other than that the food is good, the service is good just the cooks constantly forgetting things
Edit: I take back my extra star, ordered extra hash brown and bacon and got left w this sad shit (they always do this when you order online it’s like the cooks can’t read or they’re having a bad day and decided to blame the customers for them having to work)

I ordered 2 chili cheese fries, the employee got upset that he would have to make them so he charged me individually for fries, shredded cheese, and chili, then gave me everything packaged separately to make my own chili cheese fries. Then proceeded to lie to my face after I had checked the food… saying ” crispy hash just like you ordered” if you don’t know how to read your ticket maybe you should fix it to where you understand what the guest is ordering. It’s almost funny but not really because it is without failure that their customer service is horrible. Either rude communication or no communication. I did a call in order today to try avoiding the poor customer service… I got my burger fine but when they needed to make the shake I’m assuming the machine was off or something so it took like 10-15 minutes just for the shake. No worries, but the lack of communication is what makes it sorta ridiculous… The only reason I keep coming is because they are so close to home. I continue go for the food most definitely not the friendly atmosphere haha it is worth mentioning that there’s a younger Native American man that has always taken good care of me I wish I knew his name now.
