Do not use the Peter Piper app to order. I ordered through the app and never received my order. Since ppp uses it own delivery party that never delivered! No pizza and I’m out the money! Called for a refund and pretty much told to kick rocks and dispute the charge with me bank. Smh

Pretty put off by the cashier I got today, got to the end of our transaction and she tells me she needs my phone number. I say that I don’t want to provide it and she says I have to in order to pay. I say no, I don’t want texts from Peter Piper’s etc and she says again that I have to and that it won’t text me. I ask for the manager so we can figure it out and she rolls her eyes, goes to the back, and comes back and guess what? I get my total. I tell her it even says right here it will text me and we can opt out. Not a single acknowledgement of something I think anyone working the register should know how to do.

The recent service is very terrible. The table area now is very dirty and staffs don’t really care anything about their customers.
We paid for the pizza and waited for them to page us on the pager. When we got page, I went to the area to pick up the food. It was laying in the buffet area and there was a boy almost tore a piece out of the pizza. I told him to stop and wait. The pizza could belong to me. This create a situation that really made me got mad. Then I knocked on the glass with the pager and raised my voice, “Who is in charge here?”. There was a young man walked out and he said, “It is not my job to be there.” I asked, “Whom is that pizza? and who did drop it here?” Then, he said that he did. But, why didn’t he take that responsibility to be there? There was another man I believe he was a manager there. He came without saying much and told me that pizza was mine and waved his hand as asking me to take that pizza and leave the store.
The service there was so horrible. I believe it is part of the immigrant issues, or their culture. I believe they don’t know the way of restaurant services and they don’t speak in English well. However, the man seemed to be a manager had never said, “Sorry”. I believe he barely says sorry to anyone around him.
There is a pickup window but they block it for a register machine. I am just wondering the reason they don’t use the other two on the registered area!
An employee changed trash bag. He shook the bag with dust all over the customers who were sitting around.
Do you think we should come back to that place? It was the last time we were there!

Always friendly and willing to accommodate. We got there a little later than we expected and not once did they try to rush us or tell the kids no more games in no way were we rushed out the door so they could close. We all had a great time thanks guys !!!!!

I love this ppp cause it’s quiet usually. Small game area. Movies across the street. But the pizzas man ♀️ they put SOO much sauce. It’s dripping everywhere. Make you sure you tell them light sauce. Unless you love your sauce everywhere

Food was cold because they didn’t get the order out all at once. They also told us a pick up 30 minutes before when the food was actually ready. Horrible leadership and time management the manager wasnt even around during the rush. Crew is polite but the leadership is not running things well. Oh they also ran out of Pepsi on a Friday night.
