TERRIBLE—Ordered garlic chicken and crispy chicken plates, they were both dried out chunks of hard, overcooked fried chicken thighs. The rice was terrible. The steamed veggies were all cabbage, one piece of broccoli. Noodles tasted like a ramen package. Spam for the kids meal was completely overcooked. The Mac was decent, but if I hadn’t asked about it when picking up we’d have been charged extra and never gotten it. This was a waste of $40 and a trash bag.

First time ever there and I ordered two side of veggies with teriyaki chicken.
The chicken was cut in huge chunks and it was chewy. The veggies was basically all boiled celery!! BOILED CELERY?!? I didn’t order soup. The picture showed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cabbage. Which I got none of except small sheddings of a carrots, cabbage and all celery. It was gross.

I like LOVE & miss Roxy’s. I drop in every time I’m on the westside. Friendly staff . Portions are great! Kailua Pork, Hawaiian Mac, and Teriyaki Sauce are always on point, I’ve never been disappointed!

Super…! Kalbi short rip… nailed it! Sauce taste was perfect! Not too salty not too sweet! Excellent! It took 15-20 mins but worth it! Yummmmm!! And great portion! Huge! I will definitely have this one again and again!

Jenkins Road provided catered Teriyaki Chicken, Shoyu Chicken, Shredded Pork, Mac Salad, Green Salad and rice for my mom’s memorial. It was at its usual very high level of quality. Was well received by those in attendance. It was ready for pickup at the time promised. Thank you for making our food service a success!

I tried the Kalbi Chicken and it was well priced for $12 esp. for portion-price, you get a lot of rice and a generous amount of chicken. However the chicken is a bit dry and quite tasty as I used to have one in Hawaii but the Mac salad is very good and service is fast and friendly. I will try the Kalbi Beef rib next time cuz it seems tasty

Great food to be expected customer service for the northwest. Kinda like I’m here working why are you here eating. The two go hand and hand but sadly few customer service business can see the importance of this. Yes you can have great what gets someone to come back in good customer service otherwise people go elsewhere. The food is good but I go where they have customer service probably won’t be back.

I have enjoyed the Kabi Chicken over a dozen time over time. This dish is always consistent. They have the best Hawaiian Mac Salad of all the Hawaiian grill places that I’ve tried. You stand at the and place your order at the counter and go find a seat. They call your name and go pickup you order.

Roxy’s was delicious pre-Covid. Now, every order tastes tough, dry, and like the food has been re-heated. I kept hoping the issues would be fixed and the food would go back to being fresh. But I’m officially giving up on this place. I can no longer recommend it.

I love the food here but there are a few things that give me pause when considering to eat here. First, every surface is sticky. Even the front door. Gotta love that teriyaki sauce, but also it would be great if they did a deep clean now and then. Second is the flow inside the restaurant. From the outside it looks spacious but it is really cramped around the cashier, waiting area and the utensil counter. I’m frequently bumping into people and finding myself in the way of another person. If they can fix these things this location will be unstoppable.
