I live close by and love coming here for the quality of the food. However, lately I’ve been disappointed because my last few orders were either missing fingers or the portions were incredibly small. I’d love to see the management encourage staff to use more discretion—if a chicken finger is noticeably small, please don’t serve it as a full portion or consider adding an extra one to make up for it. It’s a small gesture, but it’s what keeps loyal customers coming back. This area is very competitive, and I’d hate to see such a special place lose its edge over portion control.

Great experience every time! The chicken fingers are always hot, fresh, and crispy. The fries and toast are delicious, and the Cane’s sauce is the best part. Very nice fast food place!! The food is delicious. Gotta have that Canes sauce! The atmosphere is also good. Restaurant is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because I think it’s expensive, in my opinion, for what you get. But yet I keep going back

We have been going to this location since it opened. The food is good. You get crispy chicken, krinkle cut fries and great sauce.
What really made this visit stand out, though, was the customer service. Matt was exceptional. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his job.

My first time here, and it was delicious! Fun place to visit, a really nice vibe you don’t get in many fast food restaurants now a day’s. Service was very quick despite how busy it was. Food came out piping hot.

Tried Raising Canes for the first time. Ordered the 4 chicken strip box with extra canes sauce. Place was busy and the chicken came out quick. Found it to be super hot, fresh and crunchy. Fries, toast and cole slaw were all okay. Sweet tea was good. Pretty good fast food option.

raising canes is my favorite restaurant but this isn’t even a biased review. the food is absolutely amazing, they always get my order right and they never mess up. i order online and it’s most of the time ready right when i get there. the staff is so nice and helpful. they really care for you. they have given me an extra meal before because someone accidentally took my order from the pickup shelf. i absolutely love this location. they all deserve a raise(ing canes )
