I went in to this location looking for an ice cream cake for my son. I honestly had the best service that I have had in such a long time. Daniel was the employee who actually made me feel so cared for and made certain I got exactly what I was looking for. It’s very rare to find an employee who checks on what you need all while being professional and super kind. Daniel, you were incredibly kind and helpful! Great work!

Ordered a #10, kids cheeseburger meal and 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs. I pulled to the window and the guy recalled my order and said “2 slaw dogs”, I corrected him and said they should be chili-cheese-slaw. He kept nodding saying 2 dogs with slaw even after I repeated it twice. When they handed me my order I had 2 slaw dogs. A very nice lady came to the window and asked if there was an issue and I explained I had ordered 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs and received slaw dogs. I asked if they could just give me a cup of chili to put on them but she insisted they would make new ones. Another guy came to the window a minute later and took the slaw dogs back. Brought two new hot dogs to the window and I drove away thinking there was no way it could be wrong after that. Got home a few minutes later to find 2 smashed chili-cheese dogs that seemed to have had slaw scraped off. We also realized we received no fries for the #10. I gave the second star only because she attempted to make it right but this was a total failure all the way around. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I have a concussion from a recent head-on collision. I asked my wife if she felt like driving to this location. It is the first and last time I will visit this location. The gong lady at the register was courteous. I went to the rest room. Upon returning to my seat I noticed our order, a blizzard and my banana split just sitting there. So, I went to our table and grabbed the #4 holder, sat it on the counter. The next thing I know a black female came storming out of the kitchen area, loudly (and I’m not exaggerating when I say loud and rude), “I need you to step away from the counter sir”. It was at that point that I noticed the sign that said employees only. I would have never walked to the counter. You would have thought I had a gun and I was robbing the place. Never again!

I just wanted to give this location a shout out as my online order never went through which I was notified about via email, but did not realize until I arrived in store. The employees at the counter were very helpful, as was the manager who came over to assist with the confusion, mostly on my end. Pictured is the new cookie party blizzard which is fantastic and why it’s already eaten .

The service was good and the workers were super nice, but was very annoyed and disappointed when I got home to find that the fries and cheese curds were only halfway full and the bacon on the burgers were definitely not cooked all the way or at all, I just felt like it was a huge waste of $50 for 2 large meals and 2 shakes.

Ordered a strawberry shake and NY cheesecake blizzard. Tasted ok but had bits of mint chocolate chip mixed in with both deserts. These were signs that machine had not been cleaned between making of food. Making me question cleanness procedure.

Extremely unprofessional management and employees that have absolutely NO CLUE how to provide customer services.
We waiting in line for almost 30mins with only 4 people in front of us. At first it was just a young girl with a serious attitude that had a train of thought process like a turtle. I’m not even kidding. As more customers came in finally the manager came up to the front to take one order than disappeared again. We continued to wait now at the front of the line while the young girl literally stood with her back turned to us looking at the ice cream station. I couldn’t keep my mouth shut any longer. I spoke up and said “can you please take our order? We have been in line for 30mins and only 4 people ahead of us.” She slowly turned around stood in front of the register and looked at me with a blank stare. I had to repeat at lease 6 times (not even exaggerating) a simple order 3pc Chicken basket with onion rings upgrade for a butterfinger blizzard and Kids hotdog with vanilla cone. Finally I paid with cash, she had to get the Calculator out to count out the change that she handed back crumpled like a piece of paper with the change that wasn’t even correct falling out onto the floor.
That was just to place the order…while waiting for another 30mins the manager starts yelling and cussing a poor older door dashing guy for following the directions posted. We finally received our order that of course wasn’t correct and undercooked. At this point we had enough. I wasn’t wasting anymore time or energy at this place.
Clearly this location lacks management leadership!!! I’m sincerely hoping this will be corrected before the busy season coming up soon. THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP!!!
