I love everything about this place! The food is flavorful, healthy, creative, fun and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is bright, clean and cheerful. The drinks are fun. Win. Win. Win.

I knew little about this place; but now, I want to know everything. The food is fresh and everything I’ve had so far is fresh, healthy, and delicious. It’s actually amazing. I don’t eat chocolate covered strawberries but it’s cool that they give you one with every order; it’s very unique.
I’ve had the Mediterranean Bowl, Pesto Chicken Sandwich, and the Cheesecake so far. Most places in Milwaukee confidently serve trash cheesecake. Cafe Zupas is not one of those places. The cheesecake, and everything else, is amazing and not as high in calories as I thought it would be.
My only complaint is I wished the staff was a bit more vocal on the process. Respectfully, just because you’ve worked there for months doesn’t mean that I know how everything works. For example, if I wanted to order just a dessert, I would essentially skip the line and order straight from the register. I didn’t know that and sat in line for quite some time. Or when I have a pick-up order, would I wait for someone to acknowledge me and give me my order or do I just come in and grab my food and leave?
Outside of that, this will be my regular lunch spot from now on.

Cafe Zupas really goes above and beyond. Every employee that I interfaced with was genuinely nice and pleasant. That is so incredibly rare these days that it was almost shocking to be treated with respect and appreciation. The food was amazing. Everything my group had was good. Specifically the Italian sandwich was the best I have had. The greens and tomato were crisp and fresh, the meat was flavorful, and the bread was amazing. This is a place that makes me want to go back and give them more of my money.

Poor service. Online orders are not prioritized. Ordered at 10:45 for 11:45 waited much longer for my food. This isn’t the first time. More workers on the assembly for dine in. There are 8 people waiting for online orders.

I love this place! The chocolate covered strawberries are an added touch! I usually get the Pick 2 Meal, a salad and a sandwich but they have so many options. The food is fresh, the drinks are yummy, the deserts are fantastic! The place is clean and inviting! Definitely check out!!

The staff was all very nice and accommodating. The food was between sweet green and Panera. There were lots of soup, bowls, and salads to choose from. It was reasonably priced. I got a choose two and it came with a soft roll and a chocolate covered strawberry.

got our favorites for pickup. close-by and not a long wait for pickup, still hot after arriving home although only a few minutes drive but very tasty. Avocado chicken sandwich on cibatta with chicken enchilada soup is a fave and great together with the fresh ingredients.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Just took my daughter here for her birthday lunch. Placed our order at 9AM for 1045 pickup. At 11:10am they refunded our order because it would be another TWENTY MINUTES before the food would be done. Unreal, had to take her back to school with NO lunch. Thanks for completely ruining her birthday. I will NEVER come back to Zupas. Terrible. They were more concerned with a catering order than anyone in the restaurant, and the staff didn’t care.

Watching people come in and order and get their food before my online order was also fun (sarcastically).
Being told my order has 3 ahead of it, and then pulling it out of the refrigerator 25 mins later to add bread and a strawberry to it, was probably the icing on the cake.

Their food is pretty good.. service sucks. I put an order online for drive through because my baby was sleeping in the car- so easy pick up. I show up and the drive through is coned off. I go online to try and cancel my order (that says it hasent even been packaged yet; no surprise because the Brookfield location is a BUSY location) tried the phone-nothing. So here I am sitting in my car trying to cancel my order or wait for my baby to wake up to walk in and pick it up. Irritating. Knew I should have went to panda. Signed a HANGRY mom. **walked in and cancelled my order by them taking my name down…hope I get a refund..**
