MICROPLASTICS IN SANDWICHES
We received a catering order from the Bucktown Chick-fil-a location. Opened the sandwiches and found tons of green plastic pieces all over the pepperjack cheese. It seems to be from a green kitchen scrubbing sponge. These made our staff sick and Chick-fil-a has not apologized or done anything to make things right.

I was genuinely greeted by the workers. Once I walked up to the counter to order, I was kindly asked,”how may I serve you?” I then proceed to order. Within 5 minutes my food was brought to my table by the manager on duty. Prior to receiving my food, the young lady working kindly asked if I would like for her to wipe the table. I said yes. Her response was “my pleasure!” This was the fifth time I’ve been to this location and everyone is pleasant, professional. Someone is walking doing light housekeeping duties. Team work and cleanliness is definitely part of the atmosphere.

Service is always great; employees are attentive and polite. My chicken sandwich was also fine. However, my milkshake was watered down, took long to be prepared, and I found an item inside of it. I’m not sure what it was, but I was kinda hesitant about finishing the rest of it. Usually, I have great experiences here, but yesterday missed the mark.

I think that its popularity is partly due to brand image and customer service. So more than just taste, it’s about cleanliness, fast service, friendliness, and its religious–conservative image that built a fan base. So my opinion Is overrated the food is not that good

Let me start off by saying I always go to the Chic Fil A on Addison! They have way better customer service and are more clean compared to This location here on Fullerton. Today however I was not going to have time to make it there so I stopped here at the Fullerton Chic Fil A and ordered a number 1 meal at 10:15am but instead of hash browns I wanted to upgrade to waffle fries. The manager Mauricio said he couldn’t do that for me and that I had to wait until 10:28 go order that. In the process of waiting I heard him saying a lot of horrible things about me just for wanting waffle fries at this time of day. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend anyone to come to this Chic fil a on Fullerton when there’s managers that use profanity behind loyal customer’s back!

Once a week, for about an hour, circumstances are such that I need a quiet comfortable place to sit down with my laptop and get work done, and maybe a bit to eat too. This place has afforded me that opportunity, and for that I must say, I am grateful. That would not have been the case in most fact food joints that I know of, but this place is new, clean, quite while still being busy, and obviously VERY well managed! The staff is efficient, but even more important, they seem genuinely personable.

It was a group of people who we ordered in the drive thru, there was a line of cars but it didn’t take long to get our food. The first person took our order and card payment and shortly after got our food. Both people who were there had a smile on their face so that’s a plus. The food was made as requested and was good. Plenty of things to order, as for the lemonade, it was very sweet, most likely is just me.
It was faster that I thought. They do have outdoor seating, order ahead with the app, free parking.
