I ordered the egg and chicken breakfast wrap and found some sort of black plastic in my food. Talk about TURNED OFF!! I brought it back to the store and showed them this within 30 minutes. The two guys there, they didn’t seem concerned, made me a new wrap, and stated that it must’ve came from the toaster and that it was probably not plastic but instead an old piece of food. WHICH IS STILL GROSS!! So is the toaster not being cleaned often? If the food drops to the bottom of the toaster how did it end up INSIDE my wrap? And what food item would you suggest this be? I’m very turned off from coming back to this location.

Eric has a great attitude and makes really good smoothies! Everyone needs to follow suit and be consistent with ingredients of the smoothies. Everytime I come there it’s a different taste. Eric made it just right the best one I’ve had yet!

I drive all the way from Detroit to Westland for this tropical smoothie. They are always so clean and friendly in there. They make the smoothies perfect!! And if it’s not done right they have no problem remaking it. I wanna give a special S/O to my girl Sidney she is the sweetest! Go to this tropical smoothie it’s worth it .
