I don’t go to McD’s too often. But my one weakness here is their Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. I get them around 2 times a month. The food is always consistent as far as taste but how it is put together, and the level of quality has been something lately I’ve noticed.
And the items I’ll mention aren’t a big deal but consistency is important. I’ve had missing item such as not providing napkins. That’s an essentially. I eat like a 3 year old, they are 100% necessary.
I ordered 2 of my favs mentioned above and both were missing the egg. I looked at the tag on the bag and it stated what I always order but my McMuffs were eggless.

This store is easy to navigate to. Handicapped parking and handicapped friendly restaurant. Bathrooms were spotless and the rest of the restaurant as well. Service with a smile was on point. Quality of the food was a 10 star. Very pleased with our experience at this location. We highly recommend it.

Night manager flipped me off, stuck her tongue out at me and proceeded to call 911 when I just wanted the right size drink and would t pull through to wait. No I don’t wanna wait around the corner for a new proper size drink but is that the proper way a manager should handle it and then just call the cops when I request the owners contact info? Typical McDonald’s. Fast and friendly service with good tasting fast food.
Restrooms were clean. Toilets, soap dispenser, sink, and hand dryers were all touch less.
Kids play place was closed so we didn’t get a chance to try it out.
They also help conserve calories too. This is how a large fries look like. It sure does look different at the other McDonald’s locations.

I ordered from this location about 15 minutes ago and I was served an apple pie that had the consistency of dried glue. Like it had been cooked 10 times. I also ordered a small fry, and was hooked up with a MEDIUM! of unsalted stale triple cooked fries. Nice! Hope you saved some time and money!

Food and employees consistent all the time.
Maybe the owner can stop being afraid, or cheap and take his storage out of the playroom and let the kids play. I mean what gives. You charge a dollar more than surrounding locations and can’t afford a storage unit. I don’t get it.

2nd visit to this McDonalds location and both times the order was prepared wrong. Order contained ingredients specifically requested not be included on 3 of the 4 orders…. Both visits

I don’t know how this location doesn’t have 6 stars. I’ve lived in Gig Harbor for 10 years and have 5 children. This location is always fast and efficient. They haven’t ONCE messed up my order. I know, I know, that’s not possible… but it’s true. The food is always hot and I have no idea how they are THAT fast??! I know McDonalds isn’t our first choice for a place to stop for a bite to eat, but honestly, this location always comes in clutch for us when we’re in a rush and hungry.
