Honestly, the meal I had here was among the best that I have ever had at any restaurant, in my entire life.

The servers are ridiculously knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. When I asked them questions, I almost felt as though I was talking to the chef who was making my meal, and not just a server.

The food was absolutely delectable. From the bread, starters, main course, and dessert, everything was fantastic.

If there is anything that I could possibly say that is not perfect about this place, it is that the quality of the food and service is higher than the general ambiance of the facility itself. The music is upbeat and atmosphere is lively and a little loud. While this is not bad, the presentation (and flavor!) of the food was such that it would have been right at home served in a quieter, more intimate fine dining environment.

This place is not to be missed.

Each delicate pillow was a little masterpiece — silky, tender pasta embracing a rich and velvety butternut squash filling that struck the perfect balance of sweetness and savory depth. The sauce was sublime, complementing without overpowering, and every bite felt like a cozy Italian autumn. The dish was comforting yet refined — heartwarming and sophisticated all at once.

Eric and Christine!!! You two are absolutely amazing!!! Made the wife and I have a wonderful anniversary dinner. You two need to be singled out and shown the appreciation you deserve. As someone who’s been in the business for over 15 years, you guys made our night.

I was working a tradeshow at Mandalay Bay and my client took me out to eat here. There were six of us total. This place was really good!. Service was top notch, I felt like we had three servers. There was a girl that came over with a whole liquor bar…Jonathan and Luciano were stupendous! I had the filet. It was so good! Others had the New York strip steak, pizza, carrots, broccoli, canoli, and the lemon dessert which is really cool because they bring over a whole basket of lemons and you choose which one you think is the dessert…. Super fun! And super good!

I had a reservation for the chef table. Don’t sit there. I was literally on a bar island all by myself. There is no cooking to watch. No one even working the chef table. It was so strange and a depressing experience.

Don’t get the Cesar salad. It’s just lettuce leaves that are almost dry with some parm on it. Very dissatisfied with it.

The lasagna was delicious. It was described as having béchamel sauce. But it was just bolognese. It was delicious though.

My spouse and I came here for a delicious Valentine’s Day meal! We are locals to Vegas and love to try new food experiences, when I saw Caramá was open in Mandalay Bay I knew we HAD to go! First of all, the ambiance and look of the restaurant is stunning.
We each had a grapefruit gin cocktail and ordered the Valentines Chef Meal – I had the Winter Salad, Lobster Pasta and decadent hazelnut chocolate dessert while my love had the winter salad, Lamb and raspberry sorbet dessert. Everything was excellent, our server Cinnamon was so kind and welcoming! She made us feel like family and made the experience so much more amazing!
Everything was absolute perfection and it will be a night we will remember for a very long time to come!

Great restaurant to go to for a decent price!

So I know Vegas restaurants inside hotels are pricey but for about 60ish bucks you can get a great tasting dinner.

Servers are always great and very personable, they helped us to pick our meals since we didn’t know much about authentic Italian cuisine.

We had the veal osso bucco and gnocchi. A great combo to share for 2 for under 120$.

This one is worth it. The flavor was out of this world. Perfectly cooked steak with incredible depth and balance. Pair it with an Old Fashioned and do not skip the garlic bread. It is only three bucks for a small loaf, so order a few. Vegas done right.

Overall it was ok. Tuna tartar had this panko crumb over it and not to my liking. Linguini with clams had lemon taste to it. Ravioli too much nut toppings. All just ok. Service was excellent.
