Love my cheap, greasy Taco Bell, but this location needs some serious help. I’ve never gotten out of the drive thru line in less than 15 minutes. They always have a line but never enough workers or enough product. If they don’t take 20 minutes to make it, it’s because they don’t have it/ are out of it. Genuinely… a district/ regional manager needs to come and turn things around here because it is always awful.

Worst fast food experience to date. Downloaded Taco Bell app, but app was a joke and didn’t want to load code to use at the restaurant. Pulled up to order and explained to the young lady that I had a coupon for a free regular taco, but the app wouldn’t load the code. After waiting 15 minutes to pull up to the window. We got the free taco coupon to order and I said I needed 7 regular tacos in total. She changed me for 7 and said the free one will be out shortly. I waited at the window another few minutes after getting my 7 paid for tacos, but they forgot the sauce. Had to reask again for sauce. She the asks me to pull around to the parking lot. So I did and waited another 10 minutes. Got tired of waiting for one free taco and I walked inside. She asked what I wanted and I said my free taco you were going to bring me. She said, my one taco was now at the back of the order line and it will be awhile. I told her to forget about it and just keep the one free taco. The service at this location is atrocious and the app

Digusting place now! I used to go here for breakfast all the time, now when I go the soda machine is always filthy and sticky and covered in grime when the store opens, tables dirty, dirty carpets, and bathrooms smell heavily like urine! Unsanitary place I cant eat here anymore!

This place is such shit. I knew i should have stopped going here the last time they were out of rice and beans. But i went back today. I paid extra for the tomatoes, so im pissed that not only is there no tomato, there’s no BEANS, and no sour cream, just all rice. Everything i get here is alway wrong, this is the worst taco bell in the area. Never get a very simple order right, or even tell you there’s an issue. It’s actually impressive how bad they screw up things up. Apparently tonight they had two frozen drinks and unsweet tea available to drink. That’s it. We ordered one frozen drink and an unsweet tea. We received 3 unsweet teas that we originally mistook for waters because they were so watered down. I predicted there would be chips or cheese missing from my combo. The whole combo was missing save for the freaking cheese for the nachos. Supreme tacos had no sour cream and the Mexican pizza looked like they purposely made it awfully. We have received many incorrect orders from here (so many) and this will be the last one. How can it be this bad?

When you walk in the staff doesn’t acknowledge you.You order on a kiosk then wait, when the order is ready they call the name as soon as the see you they go back to the back. The drink station was filthy, the taco shells had a weird stale smell, and I ordered sour cream but didn’t get it. Didn’t figure it was worth going back to the counter because they actually ignore you when you’re standing there. The lobby hours says they it closes at 12am with the drive thru being open till 3am but they locked the doors after we came in at 1030pm. It was awful.

☆ Uber Eats Order ☆
I was unfortunately missing all 10 of the mild sauces I requested, missing the extra beef and extra cheese I requested on the tacos and was given extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and sour cream on the taco which I did not request at all. My food items besides the burrito I had in the cravings box were not as warm as I would have preferred.
I also ordered a Medium Baja Blast and they gave me a regular Mountain Dew and didn’t even consult with my UBER driver to see if that was okay or not. Not good customer service. I also was not given a straw for my beverage either.
To add, I did request two sides of sour cream for my burrito and the amount of sour cream compared to the container it was in was less than enough and didn’t make much sense to me.
I did end up getting a refund via UBER, however, I was very disappointed in the service I received from this location tonight. I would like for them to do better and really pay attention to the orders.

The worst, I hate going there. I ordered food, the beans in my food was spoiled. You wait along time in line and for the food. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to anyone. This place is the worst.i asked my daughter if she was okay, I smelled the beans in her food and it was spoiled and she said it tasted funny.
