Man I was so hoping to eat at this spot while driving back from. Sequoia. But it was definitely lacking. First off, greeted at speaker with what do you want? Then got my nachos and they are smothered in olives. I ordered nachos and there really wasn’t much to them. Better off getting the old school 7 eleven nachos. And the taco meat sandwich looked like cafeteria food. With a name like buns and torts I was looking forward to something special, but just average cafeteria food with not really friendly service. One good thing was prices weren’t bad.

Waited about 15 minutes for two sodas. We got home and went to take a drink from one. We don’t use straws so we take the lids off to drink, and thankfully we did because this was right on top of one drink. Absolutely disgusting and we will not be returning. Service has been super slow recently anyways.

The BT burger was extremely fresh and tasted a lot better than many fast food chains: a double cheeseburger.
The fries were also well seasoned and perfectly cooked with some slightly soft and some crunchy, not overly salty.
The milkshake in strawberry flavor was recommended, and I would 100% take this over In N Out. This one tasted like real strawberries/strawberry ice cream rather than artificially colored and overly sweet like In N Out.
Definitely would come back again to try other parts of the menu.

The food is nothing amazing, pretty standard fast food. I find it’s definitely preferable to support a local business like this though over some big fast food chain. That being said sometimes it does feel like the staff is a bit more rough around the edges when it comes to customer service. That being said it’s quick and cheap and the combo of burgers and Mexican food is nice.

This was a treat to visit on vacation. I grew up with Naugles in the St. Louis area in the 1980s and heard this has the original recipes. Everything was delicious and the included sauce is excellent. Friendly service as well. Highly recommend the taco meat sandwich and the chicken soft taco. Good value for money.
I’ve had the new Naugles on a trip to LA before and this stands above. Would love to see them expand this concept to the Midwest!

Two very young immature girl thought to play games in drive thru tonight right before 6pm on nov 16 I ordered said she couldn’t hear me so I yelled loud enough she repeated my order 2 times then said she couldn’t hear me can I pull up to the window at the window 2 little girls we’re laughing she opened window then asked me me did u want all meat burrito I said yes asked again I ignored her then so she gets the manager that says she couldn’t hear u I said she repeated my order 2 times and little girl told her my order and ignorant manager says what’s your order? I just drove off people during day are million times better fire those 3 they are ignorant and rude WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN

This local favorite has great crunchy tacos with generous amount of cheese and a wonderful mild taco sauce. I also reccomend the green burrito. It tasted like green chilies and has a ton of cheese. I have been a fan since the early 90’s and visit whenever I am in Visalia.

I was greeted with what do you want?, then when I asked for the total, the lady in the speaker responded with: it’ll be at the window. Shevwas very rude in her responses. But the young man at the window where you pay & pick up the food he was very friendly and welcoming. To be honest every time my family & I, go to this place we always go through the drive thru & it’s the same rude workers. Great food, but their service is unprofessional, if I had to rank them for just their service it’d be a -5 star. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of how rude they are.

My boyfriend and I love eating here when in town. I usually get the chicken mexican salad. It is so filling. Love the service and atmosphere here Highly recommend to stop and eat here.
