Skip this place. They just let the inside customers wait while they take drive through orders. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting to order. No soap in bathroom. I don’t mean it was empty; I mean nonexistent.

We will never come back to th is place. We ordered our food at 8:30 the cashier so beyond rude! She was mad that my husband asked Her to plz repeat order due to Her not saying correctly. We get to the window she takes the money we say thank you and she slams the window so hard it opened back up. Over correcting what we would like to order, and pay for. My 7 year old granddaughter asked why she was so rude. Needless to say, its 9:04 and the food she refused to bring out after pulling us up my Husband went in and had to get. Over a 30 minute wait. So sad, as a buisness owner. I would beyond disappointed in that customer service. I do pray for that woman who hates Her job!.

I don’t do this very often but I do not recommend this place. The food in the bag didn’t smell quite right. I was traveling on the interstate I was hungry and ate them anyway. And got sick. Never again Krystal’s. In your drive-through server needs to give napkins and condiments out. I didn’t have neither.

Waited for ever. Cashier was extremely rude. Waited almost 30 minutes. Food is soggy as if it sat. Had to go in to get food. I can’t even eat this food. I will not return to that location… just to let you know the other side of this sandwich is not meat its the soggy wet bread.

The Krystals on st augustine rd has the worst service ever. Every time I come here they interrupt you as you are ordering. Never have items on the menu. And their manners at the window is ridiculous. Get some better management Krystals.
