Today I went to Zaxby’s and placed an order that included two House grilled chicken salads and one Chicken Fingers Plate. When my name was called, they only handed me one salad. I asked the girl at the counter where the other salad and the Chicken Fingers Plate were, and she just responded “one moment.” She then brought out the Chicken Fingers Plate — but still no second salad.
I waited… and waited. They continued helping other customers while I was still standing there with my order incomplete.
Finally, they handed me the second salad — but it had no chicken. I told the girl, “This salad doesn’t have chicken.” She looked confused and said, “Oh, you wanted chicken?” I mean, seriously? It clearly states ‘house salad with grilled chicken’ on the order. I never requested a salad without chicken.
She took the salad back and told the cook it needed chicken. After more waiting, she returned it — but now the salad had fried chicken, not grilled. Again, not what I ordered. I showed her the receipt, which clearly said grilled chicken, and she took it back once more.
More waiting… again.
When the correct salad was finally ready, the girl pretended not to notice it sitting there. I even had to tell her, “The salad is ready.” She turned around, grabbed it, and literally tossed it on the counter. I also asked for napkins, and she threw them on the counter as well.
At this point, we were already hungry and just wanted to get home, so I didn’t ask to speak to the manager. But the attitude and rudeness were completely uncalled for — especially when they were the ones making constant mistakes in my order.
I am leaving this review so the manager can check the cameras and see exactly what happened. I left Zaxby’s today very disappointed with the service — extremely disappointed.

This is the best Zaxby’s!!!! Always clean, always friendly, and fast (well, as fast as you can be when making stuff fresh). Other locations could really learn from this one. Also, Zaxby’s peach sweet tea is the best I’ve ever had.

I go to this Zaxby’s at least once a week over the past 7 months. The service there is ALWAYS slow. No one is there that is nice and polite. They want to just take your order and let you sit there for 20 minutes until they have finished 5 orders to let 5 cars from drive thru leave all at once.
The picture I am posting was my last straw. Two of my tenders were stuck together, so when tore apart – About half of each tender was not breaded. They do not care about how your food is prepared. They are just working solely for the paycheck and nothing else.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a better Zaxby’s around the area?

Big shoutout to Larry today! I had a small order issue and called. I spoke with Larry, the manager, who was extremely polite and made up for the issue with a comped meal. He personally greeted me and handed me my food once at the drive-thru and gave me a complimentary drink. Excellent service! Because of his service, I’ll likely continue to support this location.

I’ve always been self conscious about my name, ever since I was born I’ve felt a growing sense of shame that maybe my name isn’t that great. I was seriously considering getting it changed, when I decided to go to zaxbys. And there, joy of all joys, the cashier actually complemented my name. I was shocked, no one had ever done this before. Suddenly I realized that I don’t have to be ashamed of my name, or of the fact that I don’t have any legs. I can just be myself and roll down the street with pride.

Always slow, not the biggest deal. Poor attitude, wrong orders and careless with the orders is a big deal. 100% last time we will come to Loganville location. Last couple times we wrote it off but now it’s consistent with every time we go. Nothing but kids who don’t care seem to be the only type of employee they have. We were served melted styrofoam with our cheese bites.

Imagine being 7 months pregnant getting home and wondering where’s the rest of the salad. I ordered the buffalo blue barely any BLUE CHEESE. With a sprinkle of chicken and they must have been running low on lettuce bc where’s the rest.

We had been there at 4 to dine in on October 21st. There were two employees sitting in booths the whole time we were there and there were 2 males talking behind the counter not helping with food at all.one employee was doing all the cleaning and she was hustling. The manager had a meeting with the employees about wanting to leave early in front of customers. The manager did nothing to get help for the lady who was cleaning or the lady at the register. At 5:30 yesterday I went through the drive through and was charged $4.59 for a large tea. I’ve never been charged more than $3.39 for a large drink anywhere. When I asked when they went up on drinks the guy said they hadnt. When I questioned the price he said it was because I hadn’t bought food!! Food or no food, ive never paid that at ZAZBYS in Covington.

I usually order the chicken finger basket at this Zaxby’s location. I only really go through the drive-thru and never dine in or go inside to order but I find that the service in the drive-thru can be so long. It’s unbelievable. Sometimes there is absolutely no line and the service is still long and you to have to wonder what is going on why they take so long. On one occasion when I pulled up to receive my order, they were just talking and laughing and having a good time and the food was just sitting there on the counter. I asked them why it took so long and said y’all just having a good time and the person responded that they have to have a good time at work too. That was more important than providing good customer service I guess. The food is decent for a fast food restaurant. It cost around $12.
