Went there for the first time this past Wednesday and Jules made me feel right at home. Even remembered my name which is BIG in this industry. When I came in Friday the vibe was totally different, as if I was not supposed to be there. I watched as other patrons were approached as to the level of service that was provided and I had to track someone down for what I needed. New to the area and learned very fast where to go and NOT to go. Shot out to Jules, thank you so much, excellent wings but I won’t force any establishment to take my money for services rendered. As a former manager of clobs clubs like this….. The vibe I got was stay away and tell your friends also.

We gave Alisha’s a try tonight and weren’t blown away. I do want to add the caveat that we placed an online order on a Saturday night and I am sure the staff were really busy which I definitely understand and take into account!
We got the buffalo cauliflower, which was good, but the menu description said it comes with blue cheese – I wanted ranch as well so my spouse and I would each have our preferred dipping sauce, so I paid $1 extra for a ranch on the side. When it arrived, there was no blue cheese, just ranch – even though I had paid more for an extra sauce, not requested a substitution. Maybe I just misunderstood but the description on the menu definitely said it comes with blue cheese. The fried cheese curds were pretty good, but they are advertised as coming with vodka sauce and when we got the order there was no sauce for them at all.
We also got the brownie sundae which was fine, but the brownie is not made in house, tasted store bought or frozen. My spouse enjoyed his onion rings and tipsy chicken sandwich a lot though!

First time going here after the name change. My experience was pretty neutral.
Firstly the food took too long to arrive after which when it did me and another friend of mine ordered smash burgers and they were anything but a smash burger.
They were just 3 normal burgers place on a bun was also missing the comback sauce and red onions did not feel like a 5 star menu item especially for the price.
Crab Bread bowl is smaller than it was before still very delicious.
Cheese curds were pretty good as well.
Side note prices have increased by at least a dollar on many items. I’ll post a picture of the old and new menu in my review here the way the food came out and how it was for my entire party doesn’t justify the price increases especially when the quality of food went down.
Overall it still feels like Racks nothing major feels like a name change was entirely justifed a simple remodel would of sufficed which it is to some extent inside.
Still love this location hits home been going here for years and will hopefully continued improvements will be made as time goes on I’ll chalk most of it up to hiccups given everything just started with all the new stuff.

(This really only applies to the “Easter breakfast with the bunny” event. When going to eat or grab a drink on a normal night, it’s a pretty chill atmosphere)
I’ll admit we got there a little early (about 4 minutes) before our 9am reservation..and it seemed like nothing was ready still.
*They had the area really nicely decorated for when you walk in& brought in real grass to make the experience more “real”.
They sat us at a table with a staff member routinely coming over to tell us “a few more minutes”. By 9:10am-another 2-3 couples came in.
It was buffet style food -both scrambled eggs w/ and without cheese, French toast sticks, little potato wedges (but square shaped) mixed in with peppers or veggies, sausage/bacon, toasted bread, & waffles. (Plus two dessert options)
The Easter bunny came out around 9:30ish to start taking photos, which didn’t take long. We were unaware that there was only one egg hunt since we had had a scheduled time. So the egg hunt wasn’t until 10:30. Keeping a little one entertained at the table can be challenging. So if you ever do the event-I’d book for the second time, not the first.
They did put a TON of work and effort into making this a magical experience for everyone but some stuff just needs a little improvement, which comes with time. I think it’s more the food itself, where I had expected a little more. We are locals that decided to give a second shot after a poor experience with racks. Went in on Mother’s Day was greeted with a blank stare from the waitress. Ordered drinks and appetizers to start, took the waitress forever to take our meal order to the point we weren’t even sure if she’d ask. She barely checked on us. Dinner finally came out, myself and husband got the same entree, food was cold to the touch, tasted ok at best. Today my son and husband went in again because they really enjoyed the wings they said the service was better (different waitress) wings were good, they ordered me the chicken and waffles to go. I received 2 small chicken tenders and a half burnt waffle for 16$. Not thrilled about it. Place seems to be hit or miss with service, wings and apps are good but entrees aren’t the best.

Overall a decent bar. It’s averagely popular and usually has something going on. They have a nice outdoor bar and all when the weather permits. Inside has a good amout of seating around the bar and some booths and tables. Nice little stage area for djs and bands.
