There’s was a lot of parties going at the same time, we did call in an they said they would keep a table. They didn’t an didn’t seem to even see I called. They were also super busy. Food was good, atmosphere wasn’t horrible and the service was great, she was super busy im thinking she an maybe another person were the only waitresses and one host m/bus boy. They did good job anyway keeping our pitchers full an asking if we needed anything else.

Came for late lunch with the family, restaurant was almost dead but house was full of staff, yet no hostess at the hostess station, had to wait 5 min and go back to carryout to ask to be seated. Cody was our server he was courteous and friendly however was very unattentive. Literally saw him in the kitchen eating while we are waiting to order our food. Portions were much smaller than other locations for the combo appetizer basket do not get, not worth 18$. The pizza and salad and bread sticks were ok nothing bad nothing great, however we had to go find our server when we were ready for the check and when we tried to ask for him the other heavy set server who seemed to be sick and blowing her nose seemed bothered we asked her to find Cody. All in all many of the staff were very young and it was evident in the customer service and quality of the food. We were never even asked if we want d a refill

I dined in on Friday.arrived about 1 for the buffet. There were two of us. ] we each had two small pieces of pizza salad, and a breadstick. We wanted to go back from more, but there was no pizza on the buffet. I asked the waitress when it would be coming out and she said they would bring two out soon. Another 15 minutes and then they finally brought the pizza out. There were actually 12 people waiting for pizzas. I went and asked to talk to the manager and he told me that they don’t have a crystal wall to know how many people are gonna be there. But on a buffet, shouldn’t there actually be pizza all the time I mean maybe you’re gonna have to throw some away but you wanna make your customers happy right? i’ve eaten here many many times and for quite a few years. When my granddaughter was little, I was her favorite spy. We’d go every year for her birthday. I was very disappointed and told the manager that I would pay for my pop but just wanted to leave and not wait for more pizza to come But was very upset when he told me they didn’t have a crystal ball and maybe I’m wrong but when you have a buffet, shouldn’t you have food out no matter what. Very grateful that Gelsosomo’s made room for my dad’s funeral luncheon. The waitress worked her butt off to get us everything we wanted. Food was hot and very good. I ordered the pizza and pasta catering. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Ordered a X-Large pizza for delivery. I have ordered Gelsosamos pizza many times and never had a bad one. This 18” pizza came delivered cold. The crust was very thin and burnt in spots. Very little cheese and sausage. The sauce was the only thing good about the pizza.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas. When we got home one was burnt so bad we couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t want to give Gelsosomo’s pizza a bad name in front of my guests. So I waited until they left. But they were closed by that time. So I called the next day. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t call in the day I received the pizza. I don’t see what the difference was if we couldn’t eat the pizza because it was burnt. So I paid for an over priced pizza that we couldn’t eat. Will definitely NEVER!! Buy anything from there again if that’s how you treat their customers. I will definitely tell all of my friends not to eat there and I have a lot of friends

We took a road trip just to visit Gelsosomo’s Pizza based on a recommendation from a friend and where not disappointed! Their mozzarella sticks were full of flavor and paired well with the homemade marinara sauce. The breadsticks were deep fried, topped with Parmesan cheese and seasoning and full of flavor. Their pizza is a thin crust and tasted great, the sauce was on the sweet side and the cheese had a great smoky flavor.

Tried the lasagna today and it was horrible. The bottom layer was so burnt and tough I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I first thought they left cardboard on the bottom. The pizza is usually great, just stay away from the lasagna.
