Wait times have improved, however when I asked the new people working at this location to double check my order they refused to check it. I pull out the items on the order and had been missing my 12 piece of cinabon bites. Then the new kid realized he missed the 12 piece. While my order was being fulfilled another customer came inside missing several drinks from the drive through.

For now I am not removing a star as I see they are at least trying. But the initial refusal to check the order needs to be addressed: if the customer requests that you double check the order? Double check it!

Food make times have finally improved. Customer service still needs improvement. Added 2 stars for making the food fast.

10-22-2025, they continue to ignore customers at the register for well over 12 minutes. I watched 3 customers walk in, wait, then walk out of the door. They care more about drive thru times than in store customers.

Needs improvement in the food and service time category. I came into this shop on a Friday afternoon around 1:35 pm. I didn’t see anyone at the register when I walked in so I decided to order on the phone. Placed my order in at 1:37pm. Got a few items with a soda. I watched as the employees seemed to drag their feet. Almost as if they had 40 lb iron weights on their ankles. The overall mood was weird. After 10 minutes, approximately 1:48 pm, I approached the counter to inquire about my order. After 2 minutes, maybe 1, someone tended to me. I let them know I was waiting for my online order. Another minute passes and I get my order handed to me. I sit down to eat and noticed, with the first bite, the potatoes tasted a day old. The grease in it tastes like it was cooked one day, left in a fridge, then pulled out and put on the warmer for the next day. It tasted absolutely awful. I moved onto the burrito, 5 layer, and the meat tasted off. I think they forgot to add the seasonings. The crunch wrap was next and the meat once again tasted off. I’m not sure what happened. I still think they forgot the seasoning. And onto the soda. I can taste mold. Not good. The soda came from behind the counter at this place. I don’t think they are cleaning the soda machines at all. Unfortunately I could not inspect the soda machine myself to confirm the cleanliness but the taste was so bad I tossed out the soda. It’s supposed to taste like a lychee, instead it was awful.

If you’re heading to this Taco Bell, I’d definitely suggest sticking to the drive-thru. The food is always warm and fresh, and most of the time, things move pretty quickly—unless you hit a rush, which happens a lot (I’ve seen lines of at least 10 cars). I tried ordering inside once, hoping it would be faster, but honestly, it felt like the staff just ignored me. My last trip through the drive-thru took about 40 minutes at 10 pm for a simple order, but the employees were super friendly, which made the wait a bit better. All in all, the drive-thru is your best bet here!

Do NOT drive here to park, there is no parking. There’s only like 8 parking spots 2 are handicapped, 2 are for mobile pickup and the restaurant employees park in the rest. Strictly drive-through. Went through drive-through, employee has thick accent so I can’t understand anything she says and she didn’t understand English well because I didn’t even get everything I ordered, which wasn’t much. Food is comparable to any taco bell. If you walk in from the college you’ll probably be fine, but I’m never driving here again.

Ordered $50 of food from Uber Eats. Literally every item was wrong and cold and falling apart. Inedible. The only thing that didn’t end up in the trash are three cheese roll ups because we gave them to our dogs. No sauces ordered were delivered. Upcharged modifications and sauces bought weren’t there, but things we have allergies to and requested be left off items were on them. They didn’t even add a straw for the drink making very literally the only items that weren’t totally wrong the cheese roll ups. I feel like if I tried very hard to make as many wrong items as they did, I’d still accidentally do a better job.

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes at 3am, when the restaurant hours are until 5, only to be told they weren’t accepting any more orders. So then of course I had to wait another 15 minutes to get out of the drive thru while everyone ahead of me was serviced. Not the first time this kind of bull has happened here, either, but it wasted at least 30 minutes of my life so it’s more egregious and deserves a bad rating.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The location lost my order twice and then the staff gave me attitude when I mentioned it to them. It took them almost an hour to make my food which is unacceptable when I ordered a $7.00 lux box. My taco was cracked which makes me mad, my burrito for some reason had two tortillas and the outside one was hard and was not wrapped well, my chips are burned and the cheese sauce was not in my box, my chapllupa is cold and all the toppings are cold including the meat, and my drink is disgusting and watered down which is not ok. I am fed up with this location and I come here because it is convenient. The staff was horrible and as I was leaving the one was cussing under his breath at me. This is not how you treat customers and I will never be returning ever again.

I work overnight so there’s not a lot of places open and When one of the only places that is open during my lunch hour, they take over 20 minutes to get your order that Was pre-ordered 20 minutes prior to even arriving there and it’s still not done. They can’t read an order or even give sauces when I asked you have to call the number for them to open the window. Please just train your workers to look at the order fully.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had a disappointing experience here recently. I placed a mobile order and wanted to add a $0.60 sauce that the app wouldn’t let me include. When I got to the drive-thru, I politely asked to add the sauce and even offered to pay for it. The employee told me I’d have to drive back around to place a new order, even after I said they could keep the mobile order and I’d pay again for an entire new order due to time constraints. When I tried to explain, the employee was dismissive and ignored me. I ended up leaving without my food.

I’m not upset about the money — just the way the situation was handled. A little courtesy and flexibility would’ve gone a long way. Hopefully management can improve customer service here.

Been here a few times since I moved here, hate to be complaining on a review but this is the 3rd time I’ve gone here and they have hastily messed up my order. They do not care for making the orders right, they just make it and send it out.

The workers also are not good with communication and often miscommunicate leading to messing up the order even more.

Other than that I love you taco bell just train competent workers please.
