We ordered our food throughuber. Everything else was fine but the nuggets and onion rings were got were burnt. Like the onion was black and the crust is a hard. Same with the nuggets. They were just dry and hard. Bright side is i didn’t lose much cause they weren’t expensive but still it’s something I paid for.

They are polite and do care about their customers, recently they got my order wrong and the manager Moises, went above and beyond to make it right! They replaced my whole order! Greatly appreciated! I was there to order , as we all do but unfortunately I was assisted by Monica she was so rude especially to her employees. I have never met someone who treats there coworkers in such a manner as Monica did. Jack in the box needs to do better I won’t be coming back!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews. I started my career in fast food, but as a professional, I was truly appalled to see and hear what I saw today as I stopped in with my family for a quick bite.
There was a lady named Monica (in assuming she’s some sort of Manager) being so rude and crass. She berated her team of young adults whom you can tell are high school or college age students, rather than coaching them up. As a customer and a leader in a profession, it causes for an unpleasant environment to eat, but also I truly felt for her team who rather than being coached were talked to like gum under her shoe.
I spent 15 minutes with my son and daughter explaining what was wrong there with that situation. Maybe undercover boss or some other high level intervention is necessary.

My wife and I went ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and supreme breakfast sandwich, they gave us a sausage sandwhich instead, and the chicken was raw. When I went to the restaurant to tell them about the order, the manager told me that the chicken couldn’t be raw because it was as prepackaged and refused to even check to burger. Just cause you repeat that something is prepackaged, doesn’t mean that it’s error free. And to top it off, when the manager when to tell the cook to redo the sandwich, he just started laughing about it.
I just tried going back, and again I was let down, somehow I was able to go into the lobby after it was closed since the door was wide open, and it took a full15 minutes before the manager noticed we were in there and told us we had to get out. How is it that none of the other staff that was just sitting around the entrance couldn’t tell us that the lobby was closed as soon as we went it?

They’re deceiving with an empty drive thru!!! It’s supposed to be fast food, we went through the drive thru and apparently they were making everyone park to get their orders in. The employees would come out with orders and they didn’t even know whose order it was. They piled up cars, we waited over 10 minutes for our food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Isn’t it called fast food for a reason? Having to wait over 10 minutes not even just in the drive through line, but at the microphone where you place your order, is ridiculous. So over all wait time in the drive through is more than 20 minutes after also having to wait for my food. Completely and utterly ridiculous.
