Best nachos in town, beyond any doubt. Great food all together – short menu but there is something there for any meat lover.
Waiters are super nice.
Minuses: The atmosphere gets easily too noisy…
Best if you reserve in advance!

Solid BBQ spot in Brussels, definitely worth a visit if you’re in town. The brisket was decent—fall-apart texture but could’ve used a bit more smoke and seasoning. The beef rib was very good, a touch dry, but with a great flavor profile. Pork ribs were a highlight—tender and well-seasoned—though I do wish they served full racks of spare ribs. Bone marrow was excellent and generously portioned. One of the real standouts is the whiskey selection—easily one of the best I’ve seen in a BBQ place. Pecan pie was also very good.

Would love to see this place busier; BBQ always shines more when it’s fresh from the smoker rather than reheated. Still, a strong recommendation for meat lovers in Brussels.

Great food, great staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a booking but the got us a table quickly. Tables are clean and not sticky. I would come back anytime I’m in the area. We have the beef rib and brisket burger. The beef rib was massive and both are worth the price

Authentic Latin atmosphere in Brussels with smoked meats and side dishes. Good selection of wines, beers and cocktails.

Been there a couple times. This time it was fairly quiet and the service was much better. If you go an a busy day, expect very slow service.
As to the food: To start, we shared a smoked bone marrow that was very tasty.
For the mains i always go for the sharing platters as I like to get a bit of everything. Overall it’s pretty good but i find some of their cuts a bit dry, esp the brisket.
If you tap into their extensive whisky and Bourbon bar, expect the bill to rise quickly. Not that it’s completely outrageous but about 10% too much.
It’s still a cool place to go to with your carnivore friends and as far as I’m aware the only smokehouse in brussels.

The restaurant opens at 7pm and we had reservations. We were outside around 6:55pm and there was already a considerable crowd waiting outside. This place is very popular. The food is incredible. The service is fast and staff are friendly and helpful. There’s also a very impressive whiskey bar.

All perfect simply. We took the full platter (119€) and was FULL of delicious meat. The sides are amazing too with an attention to the balance of them. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked and smoked, really was all amazing and for sure we will return!

A very fun BBQ style meat restaurant. A bit heavy on the stomach but good dishes. Reservation recommended.

We had the:
1) pulled pork nachos: absolutely amazing (9.2/10)
2) bone marrow: 8.3/10
3) brisket burger: 8.5/10
4) pork ribs: (7.7/10)
5) Brisket: very delicious but very heavy (8.6/10)

I will probably head back, but rather a yearly type or restaurant.

As soon as you enter Holy Smoke, you are welcomed with the amazing smooked meat smell. It will make you salivating.

The restaurant is pretty cosy, with a very industrial, rough decoration.

The staff and service was amazing. Helpfull, fast, full of advices and informations about the food. It was wonderful !

And now, the food. Everything was tasty and pretty uncommon in a good way. It’s been a while that I have tasted a style of cuisine that’s so unfamiliar. It was really refreshing to try it.

I highly recommend you to try their “Fat” Brisket and the Asian Pulled Pork with tortillas.

PS:

– Yes, your clothes will smell like smoked meat after that.

– Reserve a table at night, because the restaurant is really packed and there is a line of people waiting (you Can do it online on their website!)
