Considering we pay outrageous prices now for fast food, I just went through their drive-through and ordered the bacon biscuit and egg right there’s one tiny little piece of bacon. Can you believe that one tiny little piece of bacon McDonald’s can kiss my butt. I’m not going back ever again I just these fast food prices are just absolutely ridiculous. I guess they gotta charge us for that $20 an hour they’re paying those people in there that really aren’t doing anything anyway it’s just disgusting. Everything is disgusting now.

I am beyond disgusted with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger , and to my horror, I discovered wax paper in my burger! Not just a little piece—there were chunks of it, and I even bit into and possibly swallowed some before realizing what was happening.
This is completely unacceptable. How does something like this even happen? It shows a complete lack of care or attention to detail in food preparation. I’ve attached photos to this review to show exactly what I found—this is not something anyone should ever have to deal with at a fast-food restaurant.
I will never return to this McDonald’s. This incident has completely ruined my trust in their ability to serve safe and properly prepared food.

It’s McDonalds you know what it is. The service is awful. The wait times. Any time I drive thru it’s a battle either with waiting for my food when there’s no one afoot to delay the order. Or the dreaded can you park please. If I wanted to park I would have walked inside what’s the point of a drive thru if you can’t flip us in a timely manner. Going inside is worse. I’ve waited 20 plus minutes on multiple occasions for small orders while I watch their little shelf with online orders fill and sit. Fill and sit. Im standing right here I’ve paid in person why do I have to be hungry while you complete orders that may never be picked up. Shameful. SMH.

There are reasons why customers might want or need to order unsweetened tea. Yet despite requesting unsweetened tea twice during the same visit, I was given tea with a sweet taste. I suspect sweetener or alike is possibly added. If that is not the case, then something else is going on.
A young Latina female tries to make us feel as we were somehow at fault. There was also a female wearing a red shirt on the fluffy side standing nearby. Possibly a lead or supervisor!
We also read another review stating the same issue with the unsweetened tea.

Went here for a drink – iced tea for me, iced caramel macchiato for my wife. Simple right? We were there for 15 mins in the drive thru. They messed up the order and thankfully it was on the screen so I was able to get it fixed before we pulled forward. I waited at the 1st window and no one appeared to take our money – so I pulled forward. They were gave us our drinks – but they gave me sweet tea and I ordered unsweet – and I let them know I hadn’t paid…that took another couple mins. Overall a bad visit!

I guess this is a “new” thing for our locations or maybe just this one but charging for sauces now. That really irritated my soul. I am already getting garbage food for a high price now and now this garbage company wants to charge for sauces. I pray everyday that this company goes bankrupt and shuts down all locations one year.
Edit: 2/4 – Just went today and no one charged me for sauces and on the kiosk, you can order sauces and it doesn’t charge you either. So that manager was on some BS and the clueless worker that said ” we’ve been charging for sauces for a while now”.

This McDonald’s is inadequately managed, let’s start with that. As a former Program Manager, I can guarantee you do not run operations well and you lose clients due to your horrible attitude. Moving forward, the workers are so incompetent that they can not even perform simple instructions like giving you the correct sauces; sauces they fight you and charge you over mind you, lol. The food portions are ridiculous, they only fill half of a large size fry as always. Just avoid this location and I guess McDonald’s altogether. Unless you like poor customer service and gross food.

2 weeks ago I bought three deluxe’s pancake meals and all of them had three Hashbrowns hard as a rock so I returned them they told me if I wanted them redone or get a large free meal next time I come just say my name and they’ll get it done I said alright thanks. I went last night to redeem that large meal and acted like they didn’t know I was saying so eventually, they did ended up giving me a big Mac meal and I order other stuff with with it but they ended up charging me for that Big Mac meal i asked the girl that brought my food to my car the mistake and she only brought me 6.62 back the meal was 10.99 manager wasn’t helpful at all not coming back here again…
