Mobile order is faster than the inside counter even though you are in store to order from the front counter.

I hate to dog on fast food restaurants because the job is hard enough already, but this location is consistently one of the worst locations.
I get food here about once a month for a little over a year because it is convenient. Every. Single. Time. They mess something up. Usually in relationship to adding mayo where I always indicate I don’t want it.
Last night’s adventure was me watching the cook make a jbc wrong, wrap it and hand it to the counter worker who clearly asked if it was what I ordered (no lettuce, tomato, mayo) which he confirmed. I opened it and showed it was wrong.
I had to wait again because the (apparent) manager wanted drive through done first, so my remaining items got cold. Meanwhile, the people were just nasty to the guy working the counter when he is only trying to make sure I got the correct order in a timely manner. He apologized to me. Nobody else standing close enough I could smell their filthy clothing even made eye contact with me. A team member was sitting in the foyer having a hostile phone call on her break, too. The atmosphere was tense and angry overall.
I get home, check it again, and it had about a half of strip of bacon between a small chunk and a sprinkling of bacon bits. Attaching this as a photo plus what is advertised on the website.
That tears it for me. Go literally anywhere else. Maybe this one will close down and stop ruining a great franchise’s reputation. Why I kept going back is just beyond me.

Look no one’s going to Wendy’s for the atmosphere or the experience. But they have good quality food at this location compared to some others. Seems to be on the cleanlier side and if we’re being honest Wendy’s is better than McDonald’s anyway.

I never leave reviews, even less likely for a fast food place but I just can’t go to this Wendy’s anymore. The insane wait times. The missing items. Staff always seems like you inconveniencing them. I used to love Wendy’s but this place is just not acceptable.

Sat in the drive-through for over an hour when I got my food it was cold. It took them seven minutes to give me food once I paid from the same window didn’t apologize and the fries were un edible and they didn’t give me everything for chili either I do not recommend. I wish I could get my money back, but I don’t even have a receipt because I did not give me one.

Very unorganized, drive through long lines, inside long lines. Waiting for a cashier inside was a waste of time. I was in line for 10 minutes with three people in front of me. I gave up and left, it was clearly enough workers but their focus was only on the drive through.

Food was wrong and ice cold and this Drive thru might be the slowest I have ever seen. I could have legit gone to a steakhouse and had a full meal by the time it took for me to get through the Drive thru which was only 5 cars!

The food here was great and the restaurant itself was nice and clean! ✨ However, the wait time for my mobile order was absolutely disappointing and felt completely unnecessary. My order was sitting right on the rack, but the cashier kept focusing on the customers in the register line, making me stand there and wait. It’s frustrating when staff don’t check for mobile pickups. Great food, but poor efficiency on the pickup side. Dropping this down to 3 stars because of the avoidable wait. ⭐⭐⭐

BE CAREFUL OF THIS LOCATION!! I will be calling corporate. This is a 24 hour location that’s supposed to stop serving lunch/dinner items at 4:59am. I placed an order at 3am through DoorDash and they hid from all three of my dashers when they came through the drive through because they didn’t feel like making food and wanted us to eventually cancel through the app.
