Well I got a steak egg Mcmuffin I had never heard of that before. Very good. It tasted like the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with one of their burgers. I’ll need a ketchup packet next time because it’s my new favorite!

Ordered a large Coke in the drive through with our dinner and they gave us a large soda cup full of cold black coffee. Looked similar, so we didn’t notice until driving down the road and my husband took a huge sip he almost spat out across the windshield.
We love that there is a McDonald’s at this intersection, as it is a nice place to stop on our long drive, but that’s a pretty big error. I’m not even sure a large black coffee would be served in this type of cup. I half wonder if they were cleaning the coffee machine or something and gave us the discarded coffee, which is disgusting.
Again, we like that there’s a fast food option at this location, but I really hope they can improve their accuracy and their standards going forward.

Usually this is the best McDonald’s to go to never had any issues till tonight. I asked simply for “2 triple cheeseburgers with extra ketchup” I get the burgers with extra ketchup and no cheese, pickles or onions I had asked them to remake them and handed the recipe to them, they asked for the burgers back and and took the same burgers and added more ketchup and handed the burgers back still with only ketchup. As a past manager that is a food safety violation and just all around just not right. I love this location but I’ve never had such a hard time with something so small here

Food took over 20 min to receive. It was room temperature. Could not find anyone to complain to. Also, did not have any monopoly game pieces on food items…said they were out.

This trip to McDonald’s, was my husband and I, giving the Elwood location another chance after an extremely long period of time, where we we’re refused to ever return to The Elwood McDonald’s after the absolutely disgusting conditions of the interior of the restaurant! This was our previous and we thought our last food run to the Elwood McDonald’s. However, I was cravin’ a Big Mac and my husband was willing to tryout the location again too. So we crossed our fingers that the Management of McDonald’s Elwood had started to make their employees keep the restaurant and kitchen absolutely clean! Free of food born illness and germ free. The problem is that when I was working, it was always in a restaurant setting from server to management eventually, but there were efforts to learn all the positions that contribute to running a successful restaurant and I am still part of a generation that had Parents who instilled a work ethic in me. So when I walk into a restaurant, I don’t want to see the evidence of a massive, dried spill of something liquid at the front of the inside where you order and wait for your food, and instead of there apparently not being a Great, Go-Getter employee working possibly being in all off Indiana, but a employee who would have cleaned up the Massive, Dried up Spill when it happened. Also, I don’t think anyone has ever wiped off the POS Systems on the counter where customers receive their food. Those Scream Health Code Violation right when you walk in the location! Anyway, this last time at least the Fries were molten hot and fresh, which made them the tastiest, my Big Mac was warm food too and satisfied my craving! The only problem with the food was, the Limited Time Golden Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, we fell for the photograph advertisement pictures that made the sandwich look amazing! It was actually incredibly dry, and it was just a chicken sandwich with McDonald’s secret sauce on it. So nothing to right home about on the Chicken Sandwich. Oh, and at least the floor was clean, however the POS Systems had I swear an ever growing layer of muck on the screens. So it depends on how much shitty service in restaurants, retail, and other businesses, a person is willing to tolerate because thats just apparently how it is.

Had a guy power washing the driveway. I couldn’t hear the drive through person because of it. Got to the window all three people were rude. More preoccupied chatting with the other employees, yet they couldn’t even say have a good morning back to me. My frap was straight liquid, and biscuits were burnt.

I had ordered my food on the app 15 minutes early so when I got there I wouldn’t have to wait long I thought but no I got inside and had waited another 30 minutes and still never received my food. I had tried to refund my order but it wouldn’t let me either bc I had a limited amount of time to get food

There was a long line, which isn’t McDonald’s fault but they have a dual line. The one I ended up in, apparently they chose to ignore. 4 cars from the other lane were helped before getting to mine. The person who took our order was pleasant but that doesn’t make up for the frustration I had from waiting in one single line to bring divided in to 2 and then bring ignored. I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in probably a year or better and it will be that long or longer before I consider going back. This review is in regards to the McDonald’s in Elwood, Indiana. I’ll just keep going across the road to Wendy’s if we want that type of food.

I got one complaint I just ordered a sandwhich and asked for no sauce and it was printed on the box no sauce but i open it up and there was the most sauce I’ve ever seen and both orders were the same thing I’m very annoyed and disappointed and also no one answers the phone calls
