Ordered though the app. Got to first window. Was not offered or asked if we wanted our receipt. Just You’re good and window closed. So no survey number. Seeing the reviews, I’m starting to see a pattern. Got a Daily double, which I rebuilt due to all the ingredients being quarantined into there own separate locations instead of all together. Regular cheeseburger, wow look at all that onion. I guess it could be worse.

Incompetent! Imagine someone telling you they are working on an order. And then people see you waiting for over 20 min and not even seeing what’s up. And then you ask agian then they said oh we lost it. Bro. Im good man, until A.I takes thier jobs I wont be comming back. I cant stand the amount of incompetence with the entire McDonald’s organization. Its like the 3rd bad time in a row. They just look and stare out you but dont even ask if you need help. So disrespectful. At first I was against a.i but seeing that the average person cant show respect at that place. I Promise A.I will do 100% better. Please please please replace your staff with Robots. I promise they will out perform anyday. And I will give you a 5 star review.

Every time I go there it’s something. Either crazy wait times, incorrect food, or just overall rudeness. Getting food there is like ordering in a jr high lunchroom where students run the asylum. Night staff especially. Buch of entitled kids acting bothered by having to do the job. No pride, no concern for customers experience. Definitely need new management. I would avoid this location.

they got my order messed up with someone else’s at the pickup window after i had paid for mine, and then proceeded to act like i did something wrong by taking the bag that they handed me. i was about to pull away because i assumed what they gave me was my order but it had been messed up and it was someone else’s, now i don’t have an issue with that or waiting for a new one. the problem i had was that they acted like it was my fault they handed me the wrong things, and didn’t even apologize or say anything to me, they just said they couldn’t take the bag back and i sat there for a few minutes while they were talking. finally i just said nevermind i’ll take this. again it wouldn’t have been an issue except for the attitudes towards me. very unprofessional

Curbside order 1901 had to go in after order was being prepared for 12 minutes. Order was sitting on counter unfinished could have let that go however the also messed up the chicken biscuit with egg which was a two dollar up charge I expect better service when it’s almost 24 dollars for 4 sandwiches

Awful awful awful experience. We came to get food just a 20 piece nugget and fries they made us pull forward and weight because the nuggets needed to come up fresh when we pulled off. We took a bite of the fries and they were stale and cold and just old when we pulled up to get them replaced while waiting 15 minutes before closed the lights on the building and the lights in the parking lot all were turned off early. They eventually did give us fresh fries, but when I got home and looked at my nuggets, I saw that they were literally only 17 in them like it’s not hard to count out to 20 and it’s not hard to make sure that the fries are hot when the Nuggets come up hot especially because we had to wait. This is an awful McDonald’s. I do not recommend going to it at all. Plus the service was terrible. They didn’t even talk to us for real. They just wanted to leave early. They didn’t want to do their job. It was a terrible experience.

Very disappointed with my drive thru experience tonight. I was not given a receipt and then questioned and denied a drink I paid for. They also forgot 2 cheese burgers that I also paid for. Probably 6/7$ of food that was not provided. Will not be back
