Everything we have tried here has been very good. They do always seem to be skimpy on the feta cheese on the gyro salad (even when I paid for extra tonight). Other than that great food. Wife got the gyro salad which she always does. I got my son a side of shrimp and they were delicious. I am doing keto so I went with a pound of gyro meat and poured on lots of tzatziki and their salad dressing. So good! Eating the whole pound with the sauce and my glucose only went up by about 10mg/dL. Great blood sugar response (means no fillers!). Highly recommend!

I was craving good Mediterranean food and found it at Sahara! Impeccable service, super clean and amazing food. I had the falafel appetizer – delicious. We also ordered the appetizer with hummus, grape leaves etc. Probably the best hummus I’ve had. My husband had the combo skewers and said it was also excellent. The baby had chicken fingers and fries. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking, reasonably priced. My new go to for Mediterranean!! A bonus – kid friendly.

I’ve been eating at Sahara for a couple of years now, and it never disappoints! The chicken and beef kofta kabobs are my absolute favorite, juicy, flavorful, and served in generous portions at a great price. I’ve sampled plenty of Mediterranean restaurants in the area, but Sahara still wins hands down. It’s a relaxed, counter-service spot, you order at the counter, and the friendly staff brings the food right to your table. Simple, quick, and easy.

Our whole family loves the food here. Our favorites are usually the chicken shawarma, lamb and beef kabobs, and the gyros. We haven’t had a bad meal here. We typically order takeout and it’s ready on time and accurate. Highly recommend for delicious Mediterranean food.

I ordered the Gyro Plate and a side of Hummus. Both were excellent. The meat was so tender and flavorful! The hummus was smooth. My dinner partner ordered the Kotfa Kabob. He felt it was a little dry but had a lot of flavor. He also swapped his salad out for fries which he loved dipping in my hummus! Hah!! Lastly, he finished off with the pistachio baklava. The service was very speedy and friendly and the restaurant was clean and bright.

We stopped in here for dinner. You order at a register. We ordered and got our drinks. We took a seat and shortly our salad and fries arrived. Fries were fresh and delicious, and the salad was green and tasty. I devoured my salad and then stole some of my sons fries.

Our meal arrived and we were not disappointed. I prefer seasoned rice, but the rice was good, and so were my kebabs. My wife enjoyed her gyro pita. I stole a bite.

I’d definitely recommend this place. I’m sure I’ll return.

First time visiting. The food was outstanding!! Had the shawarma combo and the gyro combo with side of falafels. The food and bread was fresh. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning.
UPDATE: I have returned twice since my last visit. Had the Gyro plate and Pita shawarma with soup. Still great service and food!
