This McDonald’s isn’t perfect by any means and sometimes we’ll have a bad experience but overall the quality of the food is significantly better than other locations I’ve been to and that quality is pretty consistent. The one thing that makes this location stand out more than any other though is ASHLEY! We love going in the drive thru earlier in the day to see her. She offers the highest quality customer service you can possibly hope for. I’ve been in customer service for most of my life and she clearly exemplifies the high quality character needed to do her job well and to care about the experience of people like us coming through to have lunch. I really appreciate having here around and I hope she is recognized for the extra effort she puts in every moment she’s there. If you see this, Ashley, thank you so much! The little things go so much further than you ever realize. Don’t forget that.

Ordered 5 meals to go. As I ordered I asked the cashier to bag them separately include sauces I asked for in each bag. I got my drinks walked back to the counter everything was in one bag. I asked the cashier again to bag them separately include sauces I asked for in each bag. I took my drinks outside to put in the truck. Came back in I had the orders in 3 bags. Still not right. I was in the process of asking the cashier again to bag them in 5 bags. At that time a girl from behind the counter maybe near drive thru walked over asked what the problem was so again I told her I needed them bagged separately with sauces in each bag, she was the rudest person ever. She grabbed a sauce out of one bag and said they are in this bag. Again not what I asked for, she pushed the 3 bags at me. And said. Here they are. And walked off. I asked cashier if she was a manager he laughed , asked for a pen. He said I don’t have one. Rude girl was a young one with long black hair back in a braid , I just spent $60. On 5 meals to be treated like crap. So I’m not going to this McDonald’s again. No I’m not asking for coupons or free food. Just want respect and great service

Worst McDonald’s in the world. Went through the drive through for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and got a plain bagel with nothing on it….not even butter. One time got an upside down inside out fish sandwich…bun in the middle. Waste of time and money

As someone who has worked in fast food your workers are literally js terrible I go through the drivethru and the chick working at the window has such a bad attitude it makes you js want to jump through n cuss her out.On top of that yall literally can never make someone’s order right I ask for sauce I get no sauce on top of that we have cold unsalted fries and you can’t say it’s hard to salt fries cause you literally toss it on and then toss the fries around, And to top it all off this is the fourth time yall have gave me a burger disassembled in the box and looking like it got Mcbusted in like guys do better it isn’t hard idc what you say yall js a trash McDonalds

This McDs is one of the grossest ones I’ve ever been in. Every table was dirty, I mean your hand sticks to the table dirty. There are flies everywhere buzzing around. Many of the teenage staff has their faces buried in a smartphone texting. Is there a manager on duty? Take a pass on this one.

Me and my friend were trying to come home from a vacation together and just wanted a quick grab for the road. When we got there they sounded almost off put and judgy at what we were ordering. They also snapped at us over an item we didn’t know that they did not carry. There’s nicer ways to tell a customer when you don’t sell a specific item. And my poor friend went in to grab some sauces for us after they did not give us any like we asked and they ignored her.
