Do not come here if you only have a 30 minute lunch break or limited time. It was not that busy. Ordered just a chicken wrap and fries and it took them about 20 minutes to get my order and had to eat quickly. The chicken was room just temperature and was barely warm like they had the chicken cooked like it sat out for an hour. They need more people making the orders.

The service was terrible, lacked professionalism customers standing in store while counter service workers was only focused on uber and DoorDash orders line was out the door people were never served counter person was rude and never acknowledged any in store customers if zero stars were available I would rate it with them.
Its is the state of customer service along with higher prices on the food and the worse customer service I have experienced to the point that I left without purchasing food after waiting over 30 minutes for nothing

I don’t believe the workers understand basics or simple orders. Ordered chicken fries and they gave me mozzarella sticks. I’ll rather go to wayne location to order instead of coming to any of these Paterson locations.
