The service was good, fast and attentive but the food is another story. I didn’t try the wings but I tried the chicken tenders and the potato wedges, the chicken was overcooked outside and very undercooked inside, I couldn’t eat all the pieces, and the potato wedges extremely over seasoned, I couldn’t eat more than 3. I was expecting a much better experience from a place that cooking chicken should be their specialty.

Ronaldo is THE WORST SERVER! I have genuinely NEVER considered dining and dashing before now. He repeatedly ignored our tables orders WHILE he was actively taking them. We wanted sides and drinks, and when we requested them were ignored. Again, this was WHILE he was taking the order of the people who wanted said sides and drinks. There was NOBODY in the restaurant when we arrived, there was no reason why it took so long to take our orders and bring them out. I ordered a salad, and it was served with no silverware. I don’t know if BWW uses disposable silverware for all of their food, but that’s what I was given after I asked. A friend asked for a knife to cut their burger, and it never came. A friend and I paid with cash, and he had to be reminded to bring our change REPEATEDLY. He had cash falling out of his pocket. The worst service I’ve ever received.

Half of our party got food with appetizers and the appetizers were cold. It took 10mins minimum to get the second half of our parties food. Multiple times were missing and those items took a while to be brought to be brought out.
Service was very poor. Our server was nice though.
Food took forever to come out. We were told it took so long because the “kitchen was backed up” …
There was only two tables in the whole restaurant and we were one of them..

The staff always seems disinterested. We were just trying the new app special, but the service was dreadful. The food was pretty good. Mostly heavy, greasy apps. The fried pickles were disappointing and bland. I don’t know why they don’t have tots/fries on this special.

You can tell this place is dying and on the verge of bankruptcy. The boneless wings were inedible (rock hard, burnt and seemed like they had been cooked and left out multiple times), the cheesesteak sandwich with beer cheese sauce had one slice of meat and no peppers, and no beer cheese sauce. They didn’t even have enough plates for our table and had crappy plastic silverware. Upcharge for everything including ranch or blue cheese or celery or carrots even with wing orders! The poor server tried her best but the back of house and front of house rivaled each other for being disjointed and poorly organized. Vomit outside the restaurant. I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I’ve had in my life. Shame, cause it used to be a decent chain. 100% chance we won’t be back.

Where do I start? Took 30 minutes for them to take our drink order. They didn’t even sell my preferred beer; Budweiser. I ordered a water, and after 10 more minutes the waitress forgot to bring it. Finally got the water after I had my food, and was chewing my ice before I got a refill. The food was okay, but the whole experience seemed bad. Apparently a manger realized just how displeased we were, and offered to discount the meal. They gave one of us free glass of draft beer, and everyone a 20% discount.
In retrospect, I wish I’d left & went to the Waffle House. It would have been a better experience.

The food is good, IF you get it. It takes forever for orders to come out. And they only bring out part of the order out at a time, then make others table guests wait 30 or more minutes for their food, so the first order is cold by the time the remainder arrives. Gave it another shot today and did a pickup order. It is now 40 minutes past my scheduled pickup time and we still don’t have our order. Several other pickup orders are waiting an extremely long time too. And the crazy part is the restaurant is not full. This location is terribly managed! No manager available to even complain too. All the staff are you kids and just don’t know what to do.

We ordered online, requested a 12:00 pickup time. It was 45 minutes before we got our food, and when we did get, it was ALL cold. No silverware, no straws, no dressing, drinks were wrong. The manager offered to comp us 50% but I declined. We will NOT be going back. Worst kitchen ever.

It was alright we ordered our food, not all of them came out at the same time, we ordered traditional wings but instead got boneless wings, took about 15 minutes to receive our chicken tenders and took another 10 to receive our fries. I dunno what’s going on in the kitchen but they gotta lock in. What’s funny too is that it wasn’t even that busy at all the restaurant was kinda empty. Server was chill tho but had to request her to refill our drinks. :/
