Cute little diner. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. Breakfast waa good and the prices are very affordable. An added bonus you can get your picture with Betty Boop on the way out!!

Stay away from the salad. But the rest was outstanding I had the scraps sirloin with cheddar. It was really good. You can also get green beans without pork. It made my day. Cost is perfect for the food and servings that you get. I left full and went until dinner without looking for snacks

Absolute gem of a place. I have been in town for a week and have eaten here every morning. I have tried a lot. The steak and eggs are a great price and delicious. The home fries with gravy are stellar. The wait staff is amazing and so friendly. Chicken fried steak was probably my favorite. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. Well worth a visit.

This was my first time to eat here. I had a great experience. The place is small but fits many. Food was delicious. The building is older but the place is clean with clean restrooms as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was extremely busy but service was excellent everything came out quickly and fresh. I will definitely be back!

A great place for a fun loving atmosphere with a fun crowd. Great food and the staff always very cheerful and kind. I recommend the biscuits and gravy, and Denver Omelet. With some hash browns and some oj if not some coffee for you great folks. Can’t go wrong just know so good you might ask for more.

Immediately when walking in, it was hot and felt grimy. A lot of the tables were still dirty. I had to clean our table off and hunt down a waitress so I could wipe our table off. The booth seat was torn up and we sat there for nearly 10 mins before the waitress came back to get our drink order, even though it was the same waitress who wiped the table down. Before she got our order, she acknowledged a customer sitting behind us, who came in well after we did. The window sill next to our table was caked in dirt and grime and there was a dead cockroach under our table. I took my kid to the bathroom and saw the AC was set it 68, but it was 79 in the restaurant, and I could see the AC vent was completely covered in dust. Food was ok, it’s been better in the past. After we eat, I was curious what their health score was. I saw their last health inspection was in May, and they scored a 73!!!! I used to love Roxie’s, but I won’t be going back now.

Classic diners have always had a special place in my heart (and stomach) so it was nice to see that San Angelo has a long standing diner as well. This is the first of many, many return visits for more delicious food and great company from great staff. Super good prices and all the classic plates are available for breakfast and lunch. 20% off for active duty and 10% off for retired military as well!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT: Do NOT come here if you are a person of color. I came here with my friends today and we got looks as soon as we walked in, and continued to get looks the entire time we were there. Our order was taken, but we were never checked in on again and never got our food after sitting there for almost an hour. Every table around us got updates on their food and was served, but we never got an update and never got our food. The waiters only gave us side-eyes. The only time we were acknowledged was when we were leaving.

Roxie’s diner was a hit! The food was hot, tasty and the biscuits didn’t disappoint! The staff were hustling as it was very busy but they were still friendly and kept the coffee cups topped off! Only in Texas can you find strangers talking outside like old friends! Highly recommend if you are in the area!
