I ordered the French dip for dine-in. It didn’t look anything like the picture in the app or on the menu posted overhead. It seems I was given a smaller portion of meat and half the cheese shown in the featured photo. I can’t usually eat a whole 6 inch sandwich, which speaks of the portion I got today. It tasted good but it’s a good thing I like bread. I’m sure my caloric intake was lower than *570.
Person taking the order did not ask me if I wanted anything on my sandwich. While I waited for my order, I downloaded the app. I noticed there were several choices of veggies which I was not offered at time of order. I will not revisit this store. I’ll try the one over on 135.

I love this place. Eat it a few times a week. Most staff is pretty great and friendly! Never takes long. Sitting outside is nice. Ham melt, broccoli cheddar soup are always great! And of course the tea! Rewards is worth it! Oh and the CARROT CAKE IS AWESOME! HUGE PIECE.

The service and food were both great! I got the Country Potato Soup with a BLTA sandwich and they were both delicious. My friend ordered the Country Potato Soup inside of a roll and said it was good as well. Our waitress did a fabulous job by keeping the refills coming and cleaning up any messes there were.

A quick lunch spot on a weekday for American food. I ordered a half sandwich and soup. Both were tasty, but I wish the portions were a little larger on the half sandwich.

The manager Jeremiah is very rude. This was my choice of location but after my encounter with him will not return!!! There is a certain table I sit at and they was not busy and the table was not clean, so I asked if they could wipe the table off and apparently it offended him and he had an attitude afterwards and when he brought my food, it was not how I ordered it and he was very rude about it. He knew I wasn’t pleased and he looked at me and gave me a dirty look. He says what’s the problem I said well this isn’t how I ordered it. He says well I can remake it, but it will look the exact same way. I said no thank you I will just take my money back And go somewhere else so he snatch the plate and brought my money back and slammed it on the table. This isn’t how you treat customers. Very good food! Had the Italian salad and a veggie sandwich in a ‘Pick 2’. My husband had the roast beef and broccoli cheese soup. Both if us were quite happy with the flavors and freshness. However, I still like Panera Bread better! Lol
