The manager Scott took my order and was super friendly. He sang to me when I was nervous about pronouncing the names wrong and made me super comfortable. 10/10 experience. I HIGHLY recommend the experience alone.
The food was also 10/10. They portion size is huge and enough for 2/3 meals. (I did order the large so I could eat multiple times on one meal)
Just go and try it yourself, you wont be disappointed!

First you walk into the restaurant and you order from a touchscreen. We’ve never been there before so we were looking for some kind of order board or menu. There was no one around to ask. We finally found a very small menu. You order through a touchscreen and then just find a seat. The food was very salty. My mail was supposed to have a side of macaroni salad, and it did not come out with it. My husband had to go try to find someone to let them know. The only thing we liked was the dole whip. A regular or small order can be shared by two people. The dole whip was ok but a little too sweet. Will not be returning.

Today i got the Honolulu and the Luau
I think the Honolulu is my favorite one but again they all are GREAT!

I’m not normally a fan of Mac and cheese but in this case i mix in between a few bits of mat and it really adds a nice break to the meat and enhances the flavor. Which i would image was the whole plane when they paired it up
My first time at this location but i have had this before about 10 times in other states.

New “aloha orange chicken” in reality is WILDLY different than expectations. I know restaurant food product photos are glammed up, but this is blatantly dishonest. As I added it to my order, my mouth watered as I imagined that sticky sweet, savory, orange-y sauce, and the flavor bursting from those browned, grill-kissed chunks of marinated chicken.
What greeted me upon opening my clamshell was crushing disappointment. I actually chuckled to myself. Pale, grayish, nondescriptly cooked hunks of chicken that were hardly sauced, merely damp. Not a bit of flavorful browning in sight, Louis Camille Maillard is rolling in his grave. It’s like chicken removed from a sous vide bag and just cut up. Juicy but in a mushy, uniformly-textured sort of way. Give me some char, like it was actually grilled by Hawaiians. Just bland, flavorless–not a hint of the garlic, ginger, or orange that was promised.

Put my food in my bag wrong so all the containers were covered in grease ! Opened my box to find my food sitting in about a quarter cup of grease. It left a huge stain on my seat and I’m pissed. Someone needs to reach out to me immediately

Hawaian bros is one of my 1st dinner choices when not wanting to cook after a full day of events. Meat is warm,tender, and full of flavor. My son loves mac salad .

This place is different in the best ways. HAWAIIAN BROS is so good!. Everytime I come in I try something new and so far.. 4 times.. its all been amazing. This visit I was greeted as I came threw the door. We ordered immediately and before I was done ordering, the guy in front of me had his food in his hand. I had the wrap. As always it’s fresh and delicious. The music is on point and not over barring. They have a great selection of drinks as well. My friend said the fruit sorbet is a must have..I haven’t tried it yet. NEXT TIME. Thanks guys for another pleasant visit.

Absolutely amazing food. I got the Kilauea wich was the best plate of Kilauea I have had since the last time I ate here. I have had several plates from other hawaiian bros restaurants and now days all of the Kilauea is more of a redish color and sprinkled with red chilli flakes wich to me lacks that original taste. Now the plate from this lenexa location was a blast from the past, the chicken was more of a black color and had so much more flavor. The Kilauea tasted like it had been cooking all day but not in bad way, not the least bit dry or burnt, it tasted like someone spent their time with the suace. Overall it was amazing. Im so glad I remembered that this place existed and that it was only a few more minutes farther than my usual place. If you are Hawaiian Bros owner and wonder why sales have dropped maybe you lost your recipe or your cooks just don’t care to make it right but try to get in contact with this location. If your the owner of this store just know you got some fire workers and they probably all need raises especially the cooks working 9,22,2025 and might I add there was a polite lady working the window delivering great customer service (TBH I wouldn’t care if she was a total menace if the food came out like that but the great customer service was a plus). For real it is raise time!!!
