We stopped by on our way North to Philidelphia. This is the nicest looking McDonalds I have ever seen.
The staff were very friendly. When I mentioned how awesome the store looks to the lady at the counter, she told me how much they all love working there at that location.
I didnt know McDonalds would allow franchises to builda structure that wasn’t according to company rules, but I am glad this store is different and fots in well in the Shanendoah Valley area of Virginia.
We travel up 81 North at least two or three times a month. This will now be our normal stopping place.
The BP convience store that is built along side this McDonalds is also very nice. Staff were also very nice.

This McDonald’s was okay. The people were pretty normal in there conducting interviews in the dining room. The dining room wasn’t 100% clean. It was connected to a gas station store so we stopped for gas and grabbed a bite to eat. All in all, not a bad place at all. Pretty good. I had the quarter pounder with cheese which was definitely a little greasy and the other person had a double cheeseburger and it was good he said

Placed a pick up order for breakfast, 6:00 am pickup. Store is supposed to be open at 5:00. Only one staffer is there who says she can’t make the food and we have to cancel the order. She won’t make it, and the app won’t let us cancel, so the only way to get our money back is to dispute it at our bank. Awful experience. Never go here.

The dining area wad a bit early. The kiosk was out of paper to provide a receipt, so I had to guess what pur number was. The food was fresh, hit, and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend this McDs.

Don’t be in a hurry. Using the app confuses them most often. The ice cream machines are often troubled. The prices are a bit higher in this location. The food is solid quality and orders are accurate. The people are super nice, but it seems like they rotate through staff pretty often and are understaffed or new and stressed.

It would be nice if the people working at these places could actually get the orders correct, but I suppose that takes too much effort and/or attention. Not only was my order incorrect, but my husband’s was too. I guess the 1 star I’m leaving is because the fries were actually fresh and hot, otherwise, like almost every other McD’s experience these days, this one sucked.

The sign on the door and the online hours say they close at 11pm. Its not 11 and the doors are locked. The lady working looked right at me as I tried to enter then turned around. She didn’t leave, she just turned her back towards me. This is a new low for McDonalds, but it dont surprise me.

We ordered at the kiosk since the woman at the register was placing a HUGE order. After ordering we grabbed the 15 placard & waited for our food.
Some tables were clean, and others needed attention. We found a clean table and waited for our food. But they didn’t bring us our food. When we heard our number called, Husband retrieved our order. No large coke was in the bag, so he went back to the counter to request it.
The food was okay. The personal service was lacking. It was okay for the price paid.

Easy on off. Great location when traveling 81. Service is non-existent. Waited more than 5 min, with only 2 cars in front of me. Tried to order and was told they were out of it. Went to where I had cell service and was able to mobile order it.
Might be convenient, but certainly not worth the time.
