I had such a great experience at Applebee’s that I wanted to share a full review. From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting and upbeat atmosphere made the visit feel comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of their guests. My server checked in regularly, kept drinks filled, and made sure everything arrived just the way I ordered it.
The food was the real highlight. I ordered one of their signature entrées, and it came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the presentation was clean and appealing. The appetizers were just as impressive—crispy, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing. Everything tasted exactly like the kind of comfort food you look forward to when you go out to enjoy a relaxed, casual meal.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-lit, and welcoming, with TVs placed perfectly for anyone who enjoys watching sports during dinner. Even though it was busy, the service was quick and organized, and the entire dining experience felt smooth and enjoyable.
Applebee’s continues to be a dependable spot for great food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be returning soon.

Our server Chris was wonderful! He was attentive and so friendly. He had a great attitude that really made our time there enjoyable. Just stopped for a quick late night bite to eat after attending a game. Appetizers were half off so I just got the buffalo boneless wings and the queso waffle fries. Food came out in a timely manner. Only downside was that it would was too cold to really sit and enjoy your food. It was already cool outside and even colder inside. That’s really my only complaint. I know to bring a jacket next time.

️TRASH!! The server and manager!!! I ordered an alcoholic drink in which I’ve ordered several times from other Applebee’s. It sat on the bar for over 20mins. Then they finally bring it half-ass: no sugared rim and without the shaker. I asked the server her response I thought it comes with a shaker let me check. Another 20mins no response. I ask for a manger who NEVER comes!!! Finally we just ask for the check for appetizer and two soft drinks. Boom the manager appears, while attempting to tell me it doesn’t come with a shaker in which I know it does. The 1 star ⭐️ is because I had to leave a review. Do not waste your time or hard earned money.

My husband & I went to Apple B’s for lunch today. We were the 1st customers in the door ant 11:45. Our waitress was very nice and took our drink order and appetizer. When the appetizer came out we placed our entree order at this time 30 mins had passed and we waited 15min more and my salad finally arrived but my husband food still not out yet so we waited about 15 more mins and by this time my husband wanted to leave but we didn’t. When the burger & fries arrived it didn’t appear to be fresh and the fries wasn’t even hot but my husband said I’m not going to complain. We ate haft of over food and tip the waitress and got ready to leave. In the meanwhile a lady at the table behind us was upset and asked for manager and when the manager came he looked unconcerned and really didn’t seem to cure. He brought the lady some hot fries and walked off and as he passed us my husband said something to him about our food and he just said today was the cooks last day and walked away. Very, very poor service. We will not be going back to Appple B on Stage in Memphis anytime soon.

Brittany had just arrived to work and I had been sitting for a while waiting for service. I was about to leave and flagged her down for help. She said don’t worry I’ll take care of you and your party she was fast very tentative and did everything for us. Thanks for saving the day Brittany she made our drinks as well which were pretty good.

Food has become mediocre at best..not very busy at all(Tuesday dinner time), we were seated right away & the service was great. Bartender wasnt present so our waitress said she couldn’t make any frozen drinks & would have to follow the recipe book to make anything else, we settled that with a simple beer! Lol
Service was friendly & quick, I think I only saw 2 ladies on the floor, the bar area had several people, but only a handful of tables had people.
Prices have gone up(like they have everywhere) but the quality of food has dwindled.
Great location in Bartlett & honestly the only one semi nearby as so many locations are closing, which is sad

Our waitress was amazing. I enjoyed the trivia that was on the tv. My kids and I had fun answering the questions. The food was lackluster. The boneless wings (chicken nuggets) were really mediocre. The fries were decent, and my daughter, who ordered the chicken Alfredo enjoyed her meal. Overall, the waitress being polite, kind, professional, and gracious is what put this place in the 4 star category.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered our food and I got a Strawberry Margarita that was completely watered down. No flavor, no alcohol — just melted ice. I complained, and the manager, Carlos, “remade” it himself by literally just adding more ice. Nothing else.
I complained again because it still had no taste and no alcohol in it. That’s when things got worse. Manager Carlos came over with an attitude, talked over both me and my wife, and then turned his back on my wife while she was speaking. I asked him not to do that, and he walked off saying, “I’ll take the drink off.”
When the bill came — the drink was NOT taken off.
I spent $55 and still left a $20 tip for the waitress because this was NOT her fault — she did her job well. This was 100% management.
Disrespectful, unprofessional, and dishonest service. I will never return to this location and will never go back to Applebee’s again.

This location doesn’t close until 12 AM. But they cut their online ordering off @ 10:40 PM. When you call to place an order you’ll be told that you have to come inside the restaurant to order. I called @10:59 PM and was told to come in store to place my order. I get there @ 11:15 PM for the young woman to tell me the kitchen is closed. So I explained to her the young man on the phone didn’t mention the kitchen was closing. I explained I wasn’t taking my frustrations out on her but it was a waste of my time and gas. As I’m walking out the young lady says “Oh no come back the manager will make it.” The manager comes out the door next as says, “I’m the manager, they’ll make it.” I said no thank you because not one person extended an apology and I can tell the food was going to rushed and not cooked how it should be because they were already cleaning the kitchen and ready to go. The restaurant should close @ 11:00 PM if that’s when the kitchen is closed.
