Why did this Wendy’s girl named Brenda just tell me that they aren’t allowed to give refunds???? That her regional manager told her that I’m like what???? But if you guys mess up food you have to refund people she said “it didn’t come from me, it came from my regional manager” it’s like girl do you hear what you are saying? It doesn’t matter what who told you if yall mess up someone’s food that they paid for the customer has the right to ask for a refund. That is extremely poor customer service to tell a person that. I would love for the regional manager to contact me and tell me why this is in place when it’s a fast food restaurant that is bound to mess up at some point.

I walked in 10 mins before the lobby closed and was greeted so kindly and the food was great. I appreciated how nice everyone was, despite me being THAT PERSON who gets there right before they close. Made my drive back to CO much easier.

This location is horrible! There were 8 individuals working including 2 managers.
The restaurant was very dirty. The outside needed attention. There was trash on the ground. The sidewalks need to be scrubbed with degreaser. The windows were filthy with oily hand prints and smears. The restroom smelled like urine and the toilet and sink were nasty. The dining room’s drink station and condiment stations were stocked, yet dirty. Their kitchen was just as unkept. It needs a good deck brushing. The stainless steel hasn’t been cleaned. The counter was a mess.
I went on my lunch so I went into the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes and 5 at the window. When I received my food it was not fresh and looks like the fried food were just sitting up after hold times. The crazy part is… I went right after breakfast ended.
So, for there to be 8 people working. The food and restaurant should have been better shape. I paid $13 for a cold meal and service.

I was taking a walk, I wanted some Wendy’s but you can not order if you don’t have a Vehicle. I felt Instantly discriminated against Because I did not have a vehicle .I understand the dining area is not open but I do not know why you cannot go in and order any food! Other Restaurants you can go in an order with a mask on! You just cannot sit down in the dining area which is understandable because of cov19 Drive-through is the only thing open at this location! I don’t do not know about other Wendy’s locations! So unfortunately I did not have any food.

We go with our family in last travel, and really like this place.
Can eat a good quality fast food, think that is the best in this type of fast food restaurants.
We had problems with our Menu, but they literally change it in a few minutes, because they tell us that the client need to stay happy and dont need to eat any Menu that they dont take.

Ordered 2 baconators and Jr. bacon guess they don’t know bacon is part of the sandwich. Tried to call asked for a manager 3 different people got on the phone and no one seemed to know what was going on.

Place was disgusting, food and soda all over the floor nobody went out to clean up the whole time I was there. Our food took over 20 minutes, my fries and burgers were cold. A pomegranate blueberry lemonade. They wait until after my order is paid for to tell me they don’t have blueberry pomegranate lemonade. And that they don’t have any sauce for the taco salad. I asked for refund.They said they cannot give it to me. So instead I said.Just give me the food when I get the food.I don’t even see Tortilla chips in my taco salad.I see saltine crackers. Here’s the picture.I will never come here again. And I’m coming back in the morning to get a refund.I didn’t even eat this food.I threw it away.
