Today 1/12/2026, The McDonald’s in Geneva was pretty cool. My fries were fresh and so were my sandwiches. I had a really good dinner and it was thanks to the friendly employees who cared about their work. I hope this helps them get a bonus at some point. they deserve it for a job well done! Thanks guys!

Place smells like body odor and pee. The bathroom was disgusting . The lady that took my order was rude. A dozen of loud obnoxious kids screaming and yelling sitting at every table available because parents can’t parent their kids.

This McDonald’s used to be one of the good ones—fast, reliable, and worth stopping at. Now? It has become one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I’m not exaggerating.
The last two times I’ve stopped here, the wait has been over 30 minutes. Thirty minutes. For McDonald’s. That is absolutely ridiculous, and no, that’s not an exaggeration—it’s a stopwatch-verified reality.
Every visit feels the same:
• Drive-thru moves slower than a sit-down restaurant.
• Staff acts like there’s zero urgency or awareness that customers are waiting.
• Orders take forever and still come out missing items or sloppily thrown together.
• The whole place looks like it’s struggling to keep up with even basic operations.
And the worst part? Not one person can even say “sorry for the wait.” Not a single apology, no acknowledgment—just slow, silent service like it’s completely normal.
I don’t expect luxury service from McDonald’s, but I do expect it to function like McDonald’s. This location has completely lost that.
Unless major changes happen with staffing or management, this has gone from a dependable stop to a location I’ll go out of my way to avoid.

Orders placed on the app take unreasonably long. Order was placed for 1 hot plain black coffee and when I arrived I needed to wait 15 minutes! The Canandaigua location has no issues. I won’t be ordering from the Geneva location again.

Extremely slow, 2 drive thru speakers but only one person taking orders and money during lunch. EXTREMELY SLOW.
Also my food was not what I ordered, it looked right when I checked at the window (you have to check here because its almost never right). When I opened it they forgot the bacon on my sandwich that they charged me for and slathered the sandwich with mayonnaise (which isn’t even on the sandwich at all). Thanks for nothing. Rip off.

Disgusting how they allow their employees to work sick spreading their germs to the food theyre preparing. I got inside scoop on this place and I will not be going to this location again. Health department will be notified. No hair nets, no gloves no beard nets. Just gross! Less than 1 star.

I went to the drive-through at 5:15 this morning on a Saturday before I went to work to get breakfast. They said they didn’t have any food. All they had were drinks because they were running late and didn’t have the grill ready yet to make anything so meanwhile, I am at work now with Nothing to eat for the day. I don’t understand how a place could be opened at a certain time and have no food very unsatisfied with this location
