Located in an Old Gas Station, this is hands down the best BBQ in the area. Fresh, clean and great for catering larger families for on the go dinners. Smoked beef brisket, chicken, beans, macaroni and cheese.

My wife went to pick up three pulled pork sandwiches on her way home. 30 minutes after she ordered, I called her and she was still waiting for them. They did not come back to apologize or say it’s taking longer than expected. After 40 minutes she got them and came home. They were not busy.
We paid extra for slaw on two of the sandwiches. The photos show how much slaw we got. We may as well have got none. You could not taste it.
She asked for their Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and they gave us one tiny thing of it for all three sandwiches.
The pork was dry.
We live a couple of minutes drive from Full Service but have not been for a few years. They used to be good. I’m not sure what’s changed but this is no longer the best in the area. In fact today’s experience was one of the worst.

I’m not from around here and this is my 1st time eating here. Heard good things about it but this experience was not what I heard. There was only 1 other couple ahead of us and we had a small order so I don’t think it was hard to do our order. I ordered a brisket plate, yet I did not receive any biscuits in either plate nor any BBQ sauce and that’s when I realized just how dry the meat was. Good thing they gave me a kid size portion for the price because than I would’ve suffered twice. I plan on never eating here again and I would advise yall not too either. I tried ro reach them after driving all the way home but the teleservice says there is no one available and hangs up in me, it’s still 2 hrs til closing. Spending $50 to ear out and getting this level of service is not worth it with gas prices the way they are.

Stopped for lunch and had a BBQ pork sandwich & made it a combo with mac & cheese. Pork was good & smokey. A lot of reviews talk about fat in the pork. I’ve always been a believer that fat adds flavor. The fat was just enough to achieve this result. Mac & cheese was very good. Love the pickel & onion on the sandwich. Loved the sweet & spicy sauce so much I added photo of it. Next visit I’ll try the apple dapple sauce. Topped the meal off with sweet tea. I work down the road & will be coming back. So put a slab of ribs on for me. Good job everyone!

Not your typical roadside bbq joint- in a good way. My 1st visit here, although I’ve driven by several times and wanted to try it out (I moved to Knoxville from Dallas last Nov). 9 times outta 10, ‘where there’s smoke, there’s good ‘cue’, and this was the case here. Converted gas station look is welcoming- despite the sound- as the drive-up seating, parking, and picnic table seating are well laid out. The staff were friendly, and my food took about the right amount of time- I’m leery of any bbq that’s as quick as fast food. I took my food to-go today, but it seems like a cool place to dine “in”, outside. With sidewalk chalk, bubble wands, and hula hoops for the kiddos, and tabletop checkers, tic-tac-toe, and bean bag toss for the adults, it’s a perfect spot for families. Now, the food… we shared the Big Boy combo- which consists of sliced brisket, pulled chicken and pork, and ribs, as well as 2 sides, we got the baked beans, and mac n cheese, as well as their Tennessee Whiskey and Sweet & Spicy sauce- and sliced Texas toast bread. Everything had a great hickory flavor, with the ribs having a ton of smoke ring and were fall off the bone tender. The brisket was tender, but a little grainy, due to being sliced in the wrong direction :/, the pulled chicken and pork were great, nice moisture and super tender. The baked beans were a highlight, with a li’l meat in them to add smokiness, and not mushy- the mac n cheese had some smokiness too, probably from smoked cheddar- but I don’t wanna give away their secrets. The main reason I’m not giving them a perfect 5/5, is they almost forgot my sides, and the crust on the ribs had a slight ‘ashy’ odor, as if they were exposed to some ash dust or something like that. Sorry forgot to take food pics, but we were super hungry after our drive home. So far, they’re the best I’ve tried here, so far, so my hunt continues…

I am going to be honest with you right now I am most likely in a lot of trouble. I just got the big boy Box which I normally get and split with my wife, however she is working today and I am not and I was innocently driving by and smelled the deliciousness and had to pull in to see what was cooking. I was trying to eat the entire thing by myself so there would be no evidence, however I just couldn’t finish it, it was delicious. Sorry Babe love you

First time here. It was very good. It is smoked well and has a great taste. The bbq sauce is good as well. However if you are looking for a sweet sauce bring you own… Don’t let the little boy box scare you away. It is more than any grown human should eat…

It took driving by twice before convincing my friends to check this place out, but we were so happy we pulled over. Drive thru or walk up, service is super fast and VERY friendly. We ended up ordering for 12 people, and had our food, plates, napkins, utensils, and Full Service branded sauce (entire feast) in less than 10 minutes. All of the meats were delicious, and the sides went quick. Shout out to the wonderful staff!
