First visit to this location since the remodel 11/08/23 ☆☆
The girl that took my order (Jenna), through the drive thru was very nice and upbeat. That’s the positive. Now the negatives. First, the girl who gave me my order (Vanessa) wasn’t very nice. She took my card and ran the card, handed it back, handed me my drink, closed the window. A few minutes later she handed me my bag of food (I got the #8 with the new nacho burger, fries and drink. More on that in a minute) and closed the window. Not a thank you or have a nice day, nothing. I try to get her attention as she didn’t give me my receipt or my ketchup. She opened the window, with an annoyed look on her face. Then she proceeded to take my receipt out of the trash, and give me 3 packs of ketchup and closed the window again. The burger had good flavor but looked NOTHING like what is advertised. It’s not worth the price AT ALL! My fries were soggy and half full, and my tea had maybe 15 ice cubes when I asked for extra ice. $11.60 yeah no, I won’t be doing that again.

I went by there because everywhere else that said they were open weren’t!! I seen Wendy’s open and was glad for it.. .The gentleman in drivethrubwas super pleasant and friendly. My order was super fast less than 3 mins from the time irseribg AND THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUPPLY TRUCK!!! AND THAT SAYS A WHOLE LOT ABOUT THEIR GREAT SERVICE!!!

They upcharged my order without my consent. Tried to make my drink a large and didnt seem to care when I brought it up. Also, the guy who takes the order has no etiquette and won’t ask you what you want to order. Will just unenthusiastically say ” Welcome to Wendy’s” and stay silent until you order. When he is at the window he won’t say anything to you, not tell you the amount or ask for your card and just sits there and waits for you to hand your card to him. Very poor etiquette and rude.

Update: The fries taste better since they made the commercials saying better fries again!
We love Wendy’s but ever since they remodeled this location the Fries are terrible! I don’t know if they got new fryers, different oil or the fries themselves have changed but they are not good. The other food is great still, we usually get burgers or chicken nuggets. We haven’t been to other locations since this one remodeled so not sure if other locations fries are the same or not. Service is friendly and generally quick, every once in a while it’s slow or I have to pull forward for a wait on nuggets which is fine because I’d rather get fresh food than stale, old food.

This Wendy’s location is excellent! I recently moved to the area after selling my home. The new place had one issue after the other including a broken fridge and microwave. I went to this Wendy’s almost daily for 6 weeks breakfast and sometimes lunch…EVERY SINGLE TIMEit was great! That is hard to say for fast food. The manager is always tgere,smiling, encouraging the staff and it’s very clean. They even knew my dogs name after the first week. Thanks awesome staff helping my get through a tough time! Wish I could say as much for my landlord at Dobbs.
