The staff at this McHenry location are so welcoming. They all greeted us, even those not waiting on us. Very friendly, helpful and they all seemed happy working there and proud of their products. I did not get the male employees name, but WOW, super knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. I was so impressed with my overall experience. Keep up the GREAT work. Outstanding customer service.

Just wanted to share my experience today, the man that took my order was so genuinely kind and although they were extremely busy took the time to engage and provide wonderful customer service. I’m not sure what his name was but he had a pony tail, just wanted to say that he’s doing an amazing job and his warmth towards customers did not go unnoticed.

There was no one in the drive thru when I pulled up, a friendly woman took my order and let me know that tea lattes were on a holiday sale today. Great news for me because I came for a vanilla chai latte.
I pulled up to the window, got my total, paid in cash. After she took my money, she informed me she couldn’t give me change because of the penny shortage (which is BS). So she took the liberty of rounding my drink price up without informing me before doing so. I don’t really even care about the pennies, I may have told her to keep them anyway. It’s just the fact that she did it without saying anything first. Lame.
I waited a few minutes, got my drink and went on my way. No drink cover was provided for the hot beverage. And the latte leaves a lot to be desired. Honestly it tastes mostly like steamed milk with a hint of vanilla. I’m not getting much Chai flavoring from it. I won’t be coming here again.

I’m a big coffee drinker and my go to is straight black, nothing in it. I absolutely loved the smooth taste vs Starbucks which I visit frequently. Visited only a few times so far and out of the 3 times they goofed up on one drink but that was with the girlfriend drink choice. They kindly replaced it without question so that was appreciated. Other than that the atmosphere is bright and very plain compared to Starbucks but it won’t prevent me from enjoying a delicious cup of caffeine. Employees were very friendly and attentive. No one person stood out to have their name mentioned but maybe on a future visit. Looking forward to coming back for my new favorite coffee.

Still better than dnd but please for the love of God don’t microwave the bagels so much. Set the machines to more convection / less microwave otherwise you are no better than the other chains. Ive ordered bagel sandwiches from here more than a few times and they come out nuclear hot and gooey , lacking any crispness on the bagel faces that should be toasty. Thx for listening and I truly hope you take this to heart. There is really something gross about microwaved baked goods and bagels in particular.

I finally got a chance to go to Biggby Coffee in McHenry. I’ve been dying to go for a long time, but I always pass the main entrance and once you do that, it’s virtually impossible to turn around and go in. But yesterday, I made sure my GPS got me there. Initially, it was a great experience. The latte I ordered was DELICIOUS. That was the only good thing about my experience. As soon as I took a few sips, I realized I dribbled coffee all over my shirt, because their iced drink cups are flimsy and the lid does anything but keep coffee inside my cup. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, waffle sandwich. Instead I received a sausage egg and cheese, which I didn’t like but decided to give it a shot anyway. The first several bites were DELICIOUS! But then I got to the middle. It was cold and I almost threw up at the cold breakfast sausage in my mouth. The bread was crumbly and the cheese unmelted. I don’t know what process they use to reheat their premade sandwiches, but they need to change that. That went from one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever eaten, to one of the worst. $17 for a large iced latte and awful sandwich? Not good at all.
