Not too bad. However, I did notice that management and staff are very critical towards the less fortunate in this area. Profiling and passing judgement not knowing anything about these people or why or how they wound up in the predicament they’re in. A book (person) should never be judged by it’s cover. This issue should always be covered in customer service training for all employees.

Del Taco was pretty solid! I’ve never eaten here before. Traveled from out of state (Texas) and ate here on lunch. Reminded me of a taco bell with better quality food. I love taco bell! But I’d say this was a step up in food quality. I got 2 beef and bean burritos, and there was a perfect ratio of meat, beans, and cheese.

It’s hard for me to get my head around the new kiosks from place to place and this gentlemen greatly helped me keep my cheese on it’s cracker by simply offering service with a smile and seriously making my evening for my hungry little family.
We wanted to take advantage of the coupons we had received in the mail without having someone apatheticly REFUSE our service because we had more than one coupon.
Not sure what the situation is but Jason is a clear ONE MAN ARMY taking care of current orders, my orders, and the drive through meanwhile being positive and professional without anyone clearly in sight working with him.
Not too sure how that works but Jason’s very clearly a cut above the rest holding it all down meanwhile staying professional and not being obviously upset with the situation but just being a great soldier and keeping it cool.
Way to go Jason B.
As for the rest of his team. . . Would be nice to see you so I could have something nice to say but that’s not the case now is it?

I loved going to this Del Taco, great food, friendly staff and quick service. But that all changed last week when they introduced touch screen ordering for the dine-in crowd. I waited in line to use the machine last week, still needed assistance placing my order and it took twice as long just to order my food. Walked in today and saw another line with people trying to figure out how to use coupons with the stupid machine and decided to walk out and eat elsewhere. Would love to come back, but have no interest in supporting businesses that don’t want to interact with their customers. Good luck!

There seems to be a new manager, they’ve started skimping heavily on portions while the prices keep going up. Other Del Tacos seem to be fine with portions and generally doing everything better.

Yes if you want Del Taco this is a clean but busy place. Run and run out fast with great deals and food. Being a Irvine local is cool with all the shopping and eating.

Touch screen ordering – what an awful idea and the perfect way to collect and transmit viruses and bacteria. You never see them cleaning them, ever. Always full of grease and smudge marks. Disgusting, dangerous and irresponsible.
